I received a beautifully wrapped pink parcel within a couple of days of ordering. I was really touched by the care and attention including a lovely card with a message which made me smile. All items individually wrapped and my two new jumpers and dress fit perfectly, hiding my lockdown chubby bits (well, nearly) 😆👏👏 I would absolutely recommend treating yourself to some fab wares! Amazing service and products
Completely in love with the dungarees I purchased from here ! The customer service was also incredible - I had arranged pick up when one of the girls realised I lived very close and offered to drop it off for me 😚very kind and the advantage of shopping locally !x

Out of stock but amazing service
I bought items online just as glasgow went into tier four as I wanted to make sure I got some things I’d been eyeing up in their window. One of the items I ordered was out of stock after I placed my order. I immediately got a very apologetic email from Pink Poodle explaining the situation and asked if I would like to wait for this item to come back in stock and they would send out the remaining items. Of course! I said. These things happen and I appreciated the swift response on their end over a weekend.
When the order arrived, I was thrilled to see the item had come back in stock and they managed to include it within the original post.
Items are beautiful (worry dolls, tea diffuser and love pebble) and I would order from them again.
