Received my beer engine very quickly which was packed very well. Took just a few minutes to have it setup and pulling my first pint. I've had it for almost 2 weeks now without any issues. Just wished I had purchased one sooner.

The Pint365 is a great way for home brewers like me to experiment with traditional "cask" ale serving, but it would also be good for people ordering "bag in a box" beers. I ordered the version in "natural" unstained wood, but I was surprised to find that there was no varnish seal on the wood at all. I suggested to the supplier that this could be made clearer on their website and they were very responsive to this and my enquiry about how to disassemble the unit for staining.

Ordered my second pint 365 hand pull beer engine. Easy order process and delivered very quickly. We'll packed and excellant quality.

Second, as a domestic customer, being able to speak to someone who listened to my request for commercial double pull setup without a water jacket but with the accessories for connections to mini kegs and polypins.
Third,product delivered securely packaged and by a courier who cared.

I had a crack in my pump cylinder (my fault, not product failure) found one on the website, ordered, and received delivery next day, it took 10 mins to replace and was back drinking my own beer within the hour.
