Outstanding service…
The appeal letter I received was excellent, it was thorough and comprehensive, it covered everything and more. It made me realise that without this service, there was no chance of success. The personal contact by Neil was outstanding and very appreciated. I cannot rate him high enough and I would strongly recommend this service to anyone struggling with an appeal.

Excellent Service It’s a no brainer ..
From start to finish the whole process was simple and easy to follow. The support from Neil was amazing. It did take me over a week to complete but that was down to my ill health nothing from Neil’s side. He did however make regular contact to see if he could help in anyway. Once I uploaded the form it was only a couple of days until I was sent the formal appeal letter. I was amazed at the quality and detail Neil had put into it. Fingers crossed it does the job. From start to finish the service provided was amazing. Far better and more professional and polished than I could have put together.

I had a very good experience with pip appeal. I uploaded all of my information and evidence onto the website, and then Neil sent me the letter. I asked him a couple of times to slightly change a few things and he was happy to do so. The appealing process can be very difficult, therefore it was so lovely to speak to Neil that knows so much about the process and what to include. Great customer service!
I would definitely recommend spending £49 for this great service!!
