I am very happy with PIP Services Ltd, they are a professional and experienced training provider for the Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Construction Senior Management. The course is well-structured, informative and relevant to my work. The trainers and assessors are supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. Great delivery by Bill, targeted things we really needed to know and didn't bore 😴 us with a load of useless waffle, and the mock tests were a really good way of preparing for the test.

Friendly and professional! Training was outstanding, Billy delivered the course with precision! Regular breaks, regular moc tests, PowerPoint presentation including videos and knowledge spoken in between.

I completed the NVQ 6 in H&S and found that the whole process starting with the induction right down to the end process very straight forward., this was due to the experience and knowledge shared by the whole PIP team starting with Jack as my account manager down to my assessor Ric who pointed me the right direction when I went off course. i would highly recommend PIP.for any further training

I have done a NEBOSH and an NVQ L6 with PIP Services - Ricky and Jack have been a great help, much appreciated for the duration of the course. I have booked another employee in for an NVQ and will book more courses in the future.

Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Site Management.

Completed the level 6 with Ricky and Jack, the first part of the course was done one to one with Ricky and did take some time to get through but Ricky was very helpful. The second part was with Jack and this was done though the online portal which is most definitely my preferred route with the NVQ. Feedback from both was fast and to the point.

All in all very good, and would recommend to anyone looking to obtain their black card.

Two full days training on Temporary works and the be honest the time was well used. The knowledge of Phil the Trainer was unbelievable and the days were mixed up with exercises, mock exams and videos. A lot of details were taken in. My only issue and its minor but the course workbook did not come to me until I was on the course so I was always moving the screens about. I like to have a hard copy to make the notes on as im not great on computers etc.

The Instructor, Philip Baker was very knowledgeable and had plenty of robust examples.

The course itself was a bit sluggish in parts on day 2 because the BS5975 was read to us verbatim. This did not help to cement the info in my head but at least I know where to find it, assuming I can get hold of a copy of the BS in future. Something more practical might be better, at least for me.

I liked looking at the causes of failure. That will be most helpful when conveying any future concerns I have relating to temporary works.

Overall, I enjoyed it, even if I was a bit perplexed at the "exam conditions" requirements at the end.
