They need to pack there goods better…
They need to pack there goods better then they do. Both my 2 boxes was retaped again by DPD delivery, that the only problem hope they read this and take it all on broad.
Delivery was very quick.

Thanks for your feedback, if you’ve got any pictures of the boxes that would be really helpful, hopefully no damage as mini kegs tend to be ok. We tend to chill the boxes once packed to keep the mini kegs cool, so that might lend to some tape weakness.

Thanks for the feedback, we have to ship in approved boxes for DPD, however they are all made from recycled card, and are fully recycable.
Cracking customer service
Was looking for something different to help pass our current lockdown and came across this site. Ended up buying the Party Star Deluxe mini keg tap system and a couple of mini kegs. I sent a query in regarding where to buy the CO2 cartridges it took, as it only came with one. I got a reply within the hour letting me know a few different sites that sold them. Shortly after, the site added a link to these sites to make it easier for people to get them. Cannot fault the customer service I received from start to finish. Will be using this firm again to purchase some more mini kegs. Highly recommend them.
