I have owned ColorSurprise for over 3 years now and whilst it produces reasonable results (MyHeritage is the best but far too expensive) I have not seen any updates to the software for over 2 and a half years! Is it still being supported? Nearly all software I own gets regular (at least yearly) updates. I would expect this software to be getting better with time but this just seems to be stagnating?

I was unable to open my Pixbim Video Enhancer software - so I emailed customer support and I explained the problem. Within the hour Nicole from Customer Support responded - and the problem was sorted. I should add that I had caused the problem to happen. Thanks - David Gary Pugh. (Rhosllanerchrugog) Wales UK

The software works great..it however if you have a laptop for it to work fast you need a upgradeable gpu or purchase a egpu..paired with topaz video AI it's unbeatable!!!!!

I have to give it 4 stars for good customer service. It was complicated for me to download it and sadly i was disappointed with the outcome of my videos and didn't see them as i wanted. But i do recommend trying it. You can get trial and see how it works and you get customer help quickly.

Amazing response time from Pixbim! I contacted them on new year's eve with a problem. Not expecting to hear until after the new year. They responded with the solution within the the hour! I would highly recommend them.

I found once you get used to the programs they are easy to use very well priced for most people. I have not used the Animate that much yet same for the Scratch remover yet but I find them fun at the moment I have used the Colour Surprise a fair bit and it is Excellent I look forward to using it in class and showing my Class mate at the end of January all three is a delight.

I wrote an email asking for help because the software didn't work with an operating system and within a few hours I received the help response. Great now everything works fine.

This is a great product, simple and intuitive to use, and one which produces lifelike results. I have been colorizing some old postcards for a local history group, and have had many comments to the effect that the coloured versions had so much more to the scene.
Pixbim were also extremely helpful (and speedy) when I lost my activation key when transferring the program to a new computer.

After a computer crash my PixBim app reverted to the trial version. Unable to locate my license I emailed customer support. I though I would get the usual run around but I was wrong. Thanks to Nicole I had my license emailed to me on a Sunday morning. That this took place over a weekend was surprising in itself. Well done, PixBim. Thank you.

The Pixbim video upscaler works great although you must have patience as the process is slow. The customer service is very good and quickly responsive to your questions. They are very supportive.

The products that this company has developed are truly outstanding! They work perfectly first time and as represented. Also, their customer service is equally fantastic with their reps and developers going the extra mile to make sure the customer (me) is (was) completely satisfied. I've used other suppliers of similar products professionally for over 25-years and I have never had any company provide the level of performance and customer support as Pixbim. I recommend them HIGHLY!! I also recommend their great product Animate Photos AI which is simple to use with great results including the ability to enhance and save the original photo itself.

I ordered Video Upscale AI and couldn't be happier with it!
It's slow on my machine (a Windows 11 laptop), but it runs nicely in the background.
It does an excellent job of upscaling some videos I downloaded from the Internet that weren't very good quality.
Even more importantly, I had an issue with files saving when the upscale was completed. When I contacted PIXBIM, they responded within hours. They asked for information about the file I was working with and my system (including logs), reviewed and analyzed the issue, and effectively resolved it within a few days by having the developers create a new version of the software with an effective fix. That's support you rarely see from a software company!

I had a problem on updating my program and kept getting an error code 1084 so sent an email to Pixbim asking for help, was surprised how fast I received an answer with instructions what to do by a friendly agent and sorted my problem out within minutes, Customer care is top class and highly recommended

Speed at which my problem was resolved. Lost main disk drive with all apps and licenses. Pixbim resolved my issues with restoring everything i had lost.

Finding such a stand alone software program by itself,was a successful end for my research "adventure"(There were other "similar" programs but for I-phone,and not a PC (Computer) They (other applications/programs)also lack privacy,and were charging certain amount of payment,for processing/s,This company has a wonderful customer support that tip the scale towards an immediate purchase,in addition to that,the product itself(The software program) has "tools" for improving the outcome,of the final process,and it helps a lot,in addition to help section,and manufacturers' support,in other words It could be referred to as a "Dream come true",after waiting few decades for such a useful wonder .

I have pixbim video ai on my laptop.
It maybe slow, but it works well. If you use a gpu nvidia graphics card it works faster.

I Purchased Pixbim about 7 & a half months ago. I absolutely love this program & the people associated with it. They are very honest & vey helpful. Honesty is very hard to find these days. In the beginning being new & learning, I had questions of course. Support responds very quickly & they are very conserning & helpful & always there with answers & solutions. This program does a great job of colorizing & so easly done. Thank You Pisbim Chuck
