Easy to use. Quick image production, Fairly unlimited

This was an amazing platform at first. The owner was very responsive, reasonable and interactive in the Discord. I've been a customer since Nov 2025 but today I cancelled my membership.

I know that NSFW content generation is a hot topic and you might have different views, but that's what I used the platform for. It had never been an issue and the owner even labelled certain models as "spicy".
Then, over the weekend he did a complete rug pull. Completely deleted the discord, removed all NSFW features from the platform, and the most egregious offense, deleted content from my library. And not just from me, but I saw posts from other people saying that they had lost thousands of previously generated content. Whether you support NSFW AI generations or not, these are generations that we paid actual money for and the owner of the site provided no warning or grace period for us to safely off-load our content from the platform.
Any mention of these issues using their built in feedback feature just get deleted even if they have a lot of upvotes.

Even if you don't want to generate NSFW content, I wouldn't trust a platform or company that swears that "your content is safely stored" and then does a complete 180 and deletes potentially hundreds of dollars worth of content from your account with no warning.

Used this quite a bit and really enjoyed doing so until unauthorized transactions on my bank account happened twice. I notified the company of the issue and thought it should be simple and made right. I was completely wrong. Everything but calling my dog a liar is what response I got. At no point in time was any of my questions answered and gave legitimate proof that I asked for multiple times on the transactions. I was met with careless and rudeness and absolutely no integrity at all from the customer help. A guy named "Brian" is a shyster and this is a shyster company. I would highly suggest taking your business elsewhere unless you're okay with them taking money out of your account and then telling you tuff shit. I would give negative stars if it was possible so the closest thing to that is one star so that's why they are getting one because negative 5 stars is not a option. Horrible experience from top to bottom.

Our dojo sensei works his ASS off to bring us all the tools possible to create some mind blowing AI content. I am a part of 7 different AI spaces, and Pixeldojo is by FAR the most up to date and least restrictive on every model they offer. If I ever get jacked up and need help, the literal owner is in the discord 24/7 it seems. I have no idea how he does it but the man seems to work 24/7 for his customers.

In my experience Pixeldojo.ai is the number one ai to go to when creating images and videos for my product. I have tried several other ai tools in the last few years, including some of the really big ai engines. However, none of them beat Pixeldojo. Pixeldojo's models provide me with a range of artistic creativity and latitudes of artistic freedom not matched by any of the other providers I've tried. And it is all gathered in one place at prices that are very fair. In the few instances I've had cause to contact Pixeldojo's customer service they've always helped me fix any issue I might have had quickly and with minimum fuzz.

Pretty nice and stable Service with a huge and nearly daily growing offering of actual ai Models for Image and Video generation, own creations by the devs and very close to the Community. Everything i need in one ux friendly App... I cant wish for more atm. Using it since over a years now.
