Issue regarding your support
Dear Pixeltest AI Masterclass Support Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the Pixeltest AI Masterclass that I recently signed up for. As I previously mentioned, I was attracted to the course due to the comprehensive pack that it promised, including Machine Learning, Interview Community, Python Foundation Hakk of Fame, Inner Circle Vault, and Supervised and Unsupervised Learning Community. However, upon joining the course, I have only been able to access AI Bronze, Hall of Fame, and Inner Circle Vault, which is not what I signed up for.
In addition to this issue, I am also facing challenges with the lack of guidance and support provided by Pixeltest. I have not been given a clear idea of how to start, complete the course, or what to do after completing the course. I have tried to contact Pixeltest through various channels, including email, phone calls, and the Pixeltests Feed, but have not received any response.
This lack of support has left me feeling frustrated and confused about how to proceed with the course. As a paying customer, I believe that I should receive proper guidance and support throughout the duration of the course, and this has not been the case with Pixeltest AI Masterclass.
I kindly request that you respond to my previous message regarding the issue of incomplete features in the course and provide me with a clear idea of how to proceed with the course. I also request that you provide me with the necessary support and guidance to help me complete the course successfully.

experience of using the pixeltests course for one week
Hi
I bought the course for april 2, i didn't able to start it immediately, i started on last week of april. I struggled a lot to understand courses they offered. It is not matching with their promise in the master class.
I wrote several mails, try to contact support, no one replied. Till now i am not able to contact any one in this community to talk about my struggle, Simply i have login, just looking at it.

Need a more structured approach
there were only lectures, that too in an unsystematic way, everything was mixed up.
No practice questions at all.

I had just completed module 1 and it was great motivation and understanding and helpful to encourage learning I chose Blockchain as see it will be the future of digital currency and to be used in various ways incorporating databases as the previous one had issues of duplication and it great program to learn as of now.
