Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Trying to return 2 items back having lots of problems. Send 4 Messages and call the customer service 4 times still waiting for them to get back to me.

Misleading information on their website
I have just received some PixieGirl Petite Chocolate Brown Marl Wide Leg Trousers. Under features details on their website it states these trousers are made from 95% cotton, 5% elastane. I have just checked the label in the trousers I have opened which states the trousers are polyester fabric. The trousers look exactly like the ones on the PixieGirl website so it can't be that I have been sent a different style. Left feeling disappointed.

Sweat dress size 8
This is a lovely sweat dress, it’s great for lounging with plenty of room to get over the hips without a struggle. Sleeves are a perfect length for petites and tbh I may have got away with a size 6 but kept the 8. Good quality, soft and perfect for this horrible weather just now.
Quick delivery and item arrived in perfect condition.

Beware of sizing
The reason for 2 stars is the sizing which is completely wrong. I am a UK 12-14 but with pixie I would need an 18-20 just for a top. I ordered a zip up top size 14 it looked like a size 8 . Absolutely ridiculous. No other clothing firm has the sizing so wrong as pixie

First time I have used this company
First time I have used this company. Very poor delivery, first parcel lost and had to reorder. Expecting my postage to be refunded but we will see. Poor quality items.
