I had a negative experience with Pixyls customer service, despite liking the pixyls product. My first order was a mix of pixyls and vexyls. I started off with the pixyls first then moved to vexyls. Unfortunately the jump in difficulty was too big for me and I really struggled doing the vexyls, to the point where I ran out of some of the hardest shaped stickers.

I reached out to support asking for help and their response was:
1) slow and staggered across multiple emails as the response would be incomplete and I had to ask for clarification
2) they sent me a generic vexyls tutorial video that was about a minute long and basically said how easy it was to vexyl - no help beyond this
3) it would cost $5 for one replacement sticker sheet + shipping was extra
4) they weren’t sure if there were actually any replacement sticker sheets available

I was disappointed in this lack of help/support and after so much back and forth, I decided to throw in the towel and give up on finishing the vexyls piece. I bought some more pixyls as it is a fun product but I don’t actually recommend Pixyls as a company and most likely won’t be a long term customer.

And the community is great too. My fav products are the stickers (Vexyls) because it is soooo satisfying and easy. Much cleaner than any paint by number or diamond painting. I do it after lunch or in the evening.

These have quickly become my new favorite hobby, and my kids love them too! If you are someone who’s into crafting or creating or puzzles or building, I think there’s something for everyone. I consider these a treat as they are a bit higher price point, but the high quality is definitely there to warrant it. I never have any issues with fit or kits, and if there ever is, they are excellent to respond and resolve. I would not hesitate to recommend these to anyone. My favorite is the Stickernono and the Vexyl line, and I hope they continue to grow both of those!

I love everything about the Pixyls brand. The items and packaging are extremely high quality and pricing is great. The company supports and promotes diversity. The founder (Rachel) interacts with customers and is more than willing to accept feedback and often asks for it. I’m more than impressed with how far this company has come in such a short period of time. Take my money!!

I am in love with both the product and the company themselves. I joined their discord server long before I ever made a purchase, and everyone is so warm and welcoming and helpful. When I finally did make my first order, the first things I noticed was ease of use, quality, and how quickly I got my order. From order to arrival was much quicker than I'd expect from a small(ish) company. I struggled a bit at first as I was getting used to pixyls, but with some sweet advice from other discord members, I quickly got better at it. I definitely plan to continue ordering as more things release, and I'm so glad I get to support REAL artists in the process

I have made many orders directly from the Pixyls site and have always had a great experience. Checkout is quick and easy. At one point I clicked the wrong product and customer service switched out the correct item within a couple of hours! Beautifully designed art by REAL artists without the use of AI, top notch customer service, and the best quality sticker art product I've tried so far. I also purchased a subscription and love to see something new in my mailbox each month. I can't wait to see what new products come out each month!

Pixyls is my litteral OBSESSION! I love the collectibles, the stickers, the Small Vexyls Canvas, addicted highly to nonograms… everything they launch is high quality, the design are really nice, it’s a cool hobby and also a cool gift! I love everything about them and to know it’s a Canadian owned company … i mean!! I recommend !

I discovered Pixyls through Tiktok and I’ve been purchasing for a few months now. Every time, I can say that I’ve been satisfied with the project quality and experience! I absolutely love Pixyl’s commitment to being AI-free and giving me a chance to do something constructive with my time. The projects cost a chunk of change each, but it feels like the money is actually going somewhere and not just grabbing for profits. I feel like artists are compensated well and material quality is invested in. Pixyls has been consistently growing over the months I’ve been a customer, and the quality of product and user experience has only gotten better. Can’t wait to see what’s next from this company!

Okay, an ad for these came up in my social media, I'm usually sceptical about gimmick products advertised on Big Meta, but I thought I would buy a couple of small products to see if it was worth it.. I thought I would enjoy Vexyls better, but grabbed a couple of small Pixyls kits as well... well, I am thoroughly enjoying the Vexyls, but I am totally in love with the pixyls products.. I will be ordering more of these in the future.. they may seem a bit spendy for what they essentially are.. a piece of card and a couple of sheets of stickers, but they are well made, the designs are lovely and it has been giving me hours of entertainment, 100% worth it.. if you're considering purchasing, I thoroughly recommend getting their tweezers, they are super fine and make picking up the tiny stickers a more enjoyable experience.

The products are superb!! Amazing quality. And the packaging is good enough to get perfect quality goods all the way to the UK. With free and unexpectedly fast postage! Delighted with my second order too. Love you guys! 🥰🥰🥰

Delivery is fast, i got everything i needed. Customer support is easy to reach. I got my order without having any issue. Very good quality too. I also love their vexyls, i actually prefer them over pixyls. Both are amazing tho!
Can also join discord to have a easy access to others people arts completed/in progress, for questions and they take in consideration our ideas.

Let me state this first: I LOVE Pixyls, I spent hundreds of euro's on their items. But the way they run their business, is just not for me.

* the stickers are quite often not square. For a premium product (and a premium price), this is unacceptable.
* they have multiple sites, each for a different area of the world. But this also means that not all products are available everywhere.
* the site for Europe is in development, which also means you can't put things on your wishlist, and thus track what you want.
* stock is very, VERY small and you can't pre-order. Which means that you have to make multiple orders if you want several items at the same time, which each cost a shipping fee. Lots of items are sold out in minutes after release, and it takes weeks, if not months to restock, which are also sold out shortly after.
* even the designs we made together by polls on their Discord-server, were sold out in minutes.
* they do have a loyalty-reward program, for discount, but due to the stock being small, you can't profit from it decently.
* they have a subscription-program, but due to that being run from the Canada-site, the points you earn from the loyalty-reward program, isn't added to your account immediately.
* they have a very lovely Discord-server, but there you can only be positive about Pixyls. Constructive feedback isn't wanted.
* When I announced I would leave due to the feedback as stated above, they did reach out to me, the owner even sent me a friend-request, but they didn't follow up.
* last time I tried to order, there was a free gift in my shopping cart. I wanted to look to add more, and when I returned, the free item was gone.

All in all, I cancelled my subscription and will not be ordering any further. I do wish them the best tho.

I love Vexyls!! My new favourite craft at last

I’ve been a long time customer and love every kit! One time where there was a quality control issue, customer service was quick to respond and provide a solution!

My absolute fave new craft! No mess, easy to transport, Canadian female owner. Such great quality and while easy; it also takes practice to get really good at it. Highly recommend!

Pixyls as a hobby are fantastic, and the company is run very well. Great communication, great customer service, great product. There is even an active Discord that incorporates a social element and community for the hobby.

As a customer since June 2025 with a large variety of Pixyls now in my collection, I cannot say I've been happier to have found them! A great craft all around and their team is quick on shipping. I expect to be a long-time customer!

I've been a huge diamond painter for almost a decade but then really had struggles with spilling drills or wanting to work on a project in bed or bring a project with me. Not only can you do all that with Pixyls but the brand is amazing with their designs. They have their community vote in their discord and they've grown a lot over the past 2 years I've been purchasing Pixyls' kits. I'm fully converted to just Pixyls now :D
