I went to order pizza two guy they were there they started to take my order as soon the phone started ringing both of them ignored me and they answered the phone crap, and disgusting service. Definitely I don't recommend anyone to go there again

Friendly service and food turned up nice and hot and was good tasting food at a good price, took about 45 mins to be delivered but not going to complain when food was hot on delivery and delivered with politeness.

Having been a regular customer this was the last time.

Manager was rude, and said I couldn’t cancel an order that took nearly 2 hours to arrive.

He said the order had left but somehow it took 35 minutes to cover a 7 minute drive.

And cold when it did turn up.

Manager hung up when I said I would be contacting their head office which I have now done.

I can deal with delays etc, just be honest.

Loyal customer lost

Had an awful experience at the Tonbridge branch, sent them an email, about as unhelpful as they could be, sent a formal complaint to their head office, no response, wasted a stamp, an envelope, my time, Domino’s is my go to, had too many bad experiences with Pizza GoGo

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza from Pizza GoGo. It was bland, and the cheese tasted artificial. Definitely not worth the money!

Really good pizza and amazing customer service.

I have been buying pizza from pizza gogo for over 20 years. I ordered pizza from West Hill, Wandsworth. Ordered deep pan pizza but got very tin based pizza either very little topping and cheese. Very disappointed as I nearly paid £30. When called in to complain,the guy kept talking over me. Not ever going to order from them again as Pizza Gogo's quality is not same like before.

there pizza is doing bits, everyone who comes to my house for pizza go go literally says they haven’t had a pizza like it, the customer service is bang on there always so friendly and let me order my own weird mix and they bring it so fast piping hot so the cheese is still so stringy, I make orders at all hours and they still bring it to me Iv even ordered through the crazy blizzard storm and it was delivered by the main man himself, who still asked how my family is always remembering my kids it’s the best service it’s the best pizza without a doubt! Just wanted to put this on here coz we’re pizza mad in this house and I will not order from anywhere else, Iv got friends and relatives who after trying it won’t either, my sis ain’t even a pizza lover makes me order every time she stays

Orderd from Pizza GoGo recently, and it was a bit of a mix. pizza itself was good lots of topping and the crust was crispy. But the delivery took way too long, which was really annoying coz I was so hungry by the time it came! Also, the sides were kinda overpriced for what they are they taste ok but not amazing. Overal, it’s alright if you really want pizza, but they need to fix delivery time and maybe make the sides better :|

Barking Branch and Pizza GoGo Customer Service

Avoid this cheap company, they deliver half cooked pizza which has not been slice. The customer service does not deal with complaint, they cannot help, I am not sure why they have a customer service department who are useless, they does not value customer and treat customers just as numbers. They are only good in ripping off customers. Pizza Hut and Domino pizza are the best, good customer service and value customer loyalty as well.

Got food poising from their pizzas and despite contacting customer services, they haven’t bothered to acknowledge my email let alone respond.
Please stay away from this very dodgy establishment and their clearly unhygienic food practices. You’ll save yourself severe illness.

Overpriced, not wow i dare to say sugar…..

Extremely bad attitude towards the public. It's no surprise they've got lots of bad reviews when there's more than one bad review it does speak volumes. It seems to me like they're got people working for them that have zero training in customer service in the sense they have extremely bad manners don't know how to talk to people over the phone it's unaffectional to speak to someone a certain way.Especially when you're dealing with the public if you're not going to speak to people nazy over the phone, then get another job where you're not working where you'll be dealing with the public uneducated on all levels. I phoned up at half past six todays dated which is the 26th of november 2024. Did not expect to get some inexperience attitude arrogant wannabe i was trying to phone up to place an order pizza delivery asking him was there any deals on he said there was a pizza that was for £24.99 then came out said it'd be better if you can use the app i said that's the reason why I'm calling up.Because I can't use the app then started getting attitude saying as i've already said its £24.99 is that why its called pizza go go because they don't last long there lol

We order 5 Large pizza's from the Reigate branch at 11:45am and were told it would be delivered within 30mins. We ended up waiting 2 hours.. After phoning several times, the staff just laughed at us, when we said that this is unacceptable. Staff are rude and when the pizza eventually arrived pizza was cold.

Pizza a no no. It was wrong. Worse than domino's. You would of though a newly opened store would try harder. Garlic pizza bread had no taste of garlic. The pizza had no taste at all and was a sloppy mess. Out of business in six months guaranteed. Must try harder
