These guys made it smooth
These guys made it smooth! Everything was seamless, and the Visa was done within a day I kid you not. The cedula was easy also but took a bit longer (2 weeks) due to scheduling at the cedula department. But this was due to university season starting. Would recommend the Plan Bolivia team 100%!

That same day visa in Santa Cruz really is a game changer. We are glad you got to experience it firsthand. And you are spot on about the cédula timing. SEGIP queues always spike during university season, so two weeks is actually pretty solid for that window.

I am a expat from Germany living in Paraguay. It became a bit boring so I was exploring other countries. Bolivia was not my first choice but after spending a week in Santa Cruz I was impressed. The nature, city and people! I then started my residency process and it worked well.
