I have been playing at this group of casinos known as virtual casino LLC. I can’t seem to find a format I like as well so I feel like I’m stuck here. I think they do a pretty good job however they take a terribly long time to pay you unless the casino offers coin draw as a withdrawal method. If they don’t offer coin draw then it takes 10 business days which we both know is essentially two weeks to approve a withdrawal and another 10 business days (another two weeks) to pay if using the bitcoin network. That can end up being a total of 30 days!! so not good because they would not accept that from a player. If the shoe were on the other foot, they would not play at their own casinos! But being accused of fraud because I want so much money really really angered me and hurt me. Completely unfounded no proof nothing. I played at four of their casinos and won a total of like $30,000. It took them almost 3 months to pay me all of it, and I’ve lost all my VIP levels.

I attempted to make a withdraw using bitcoin only because I didn't like the questions asked with using a wire transfer to my back ( what date did I open my bank account) I've never been asked that question. Any way my request to use Bitcoin was accepted by planet 7, shortly after being accepted my debit card was hacked. Not sure if it was related but I became wary of this site after that. Well 10 days after my submission my 200 dollars I requested to withdraw was denied and the money showed back up in my P7 account. Any money that I had that was withdrawable was gone and the bonus I was working on was also gone. It only showed my original $200 as withdrawable. I have tried using the chat but only get stuck in the queue. Will be trying email next.

I have gotten the run around from here. I won and have tried cashing out but I needed to deposit money 1st. I did and then I waited. I was told it takes about 10 days for the pending withdraw request to be approved. Im way past that and they made me verify my account after it was already verified. It took another 3 days for the verification to happen again. Im getting the run around and I thinking this isn't a legit site.

I made a deposit via debit card. I played in one over $900. But trying to get my money has been an absolute nightmare. Every time I send documentation in it it’s not correct, and then I find out that the only thing I can do when I use a debit card is to do a wire transfer. When I try to do a wire transfer, I find out that I cannot transfer into my checking account because my checking account doesn’t allow for international wire transfers. So I open up a different account so I can receive the funds and now I can’t receive the funds until I have 15 transactions on the new account and send them a bank statement showing that. My issue is that they should’ve said before I even made the deposit with a debit card what the requirements were going to be for withdrawal. Because I might not have deposited money then.

Yes people please stay away from this site and it's 7 or so sister sites. The bad thing about it is there giving the rest of the online slot sites that use Real Time Gaming slots a bad reputation. I won on planet 7. They gave me the run around about my withdrawal and ultimately closed my account without telling me why customer support Ronald just closed the chat.

I played on Planet 7 enough to cash out just to be told I have to deposit $10 to get my winnings..that's a joke..when you win something you win it...who pays to collect their winnings. I agree completely with the others in the reviews just a bunch of crooks. 0 stars

No Big Winnings at Planet 7 Casino!

Planet 7 Casino employees lie, cheat, and steal.  If you have a decent cashout, e.g. over $1,000, the employees of Planet 7 Casino will call you a cheater and tell you your winnings are void!  They will not provide you with any legitimate documentation to refute their claim.  They have done this same scenario many times.  Even worse, they have a textbook sociopath at Planet 7 Casino who runs the show.

I had to deal with a sociopath for three years in college.  We had about fifteen students in a very close accelerated program which took us three years to complete.  Our sociopath in college cut up his girlfriend's baby during a verbal altercation.  Our sociopath claimed he was cleaning his knife over the baby's crib and the knife accidentally slipped and cut the baby.  No one believed that!  He became a convicted felon and was no longer allowed to sit for the CPA Exam.  To this day, our sociopath has no remorse and no conscious.  Planet 7 Casino stole about $4,500 from me!  I suggest you try your luck elsewhere.  Diamond Reels Casino and their affiliates are an excellent place to start!

The withdrawal process is not legit not what’s up !! It tells you to deposit a 10 bitcoin for confirmation and when u withdrawal I was only giving my 10 dollers back not the 200 I won.. very disappointing to me. Like really takes the fun and excitement away really.

Update I have still not received my payout

I have been trying to cashout $834.03 since 6-8-25. It has been a nightmare trying to get my money. They ask for information such as bank statements and utility bills for verification. They will tell you everything has been verified and to now wait the 10 business days for your withdrawal to be processed. After that 10th business day now there’s another thing you need to verify and they keep adding hoops to jump through. I would love to play on this casino more as I gamble quite a bit but the payout is impossible to get. I will update once I get my withdrawl.

A complete waste of time and Scam. I’ve met play through requirements twice and was denied my withdrawal both times. Customer Service was very rude. I do not recommend playing with this casino at all.
