Die Hosen sind qualitativ hochwertig verarbeitet und und haben einen guten Schnitt, die Stickerei gefällt mir besonders gut.
Nach mehreren Bestellungen seit 2024 bin ich absolut zufrieden mit Lieferung und Kundenservice.

I had such a great shopping experience with this brand! The entire process was so easy and seamless, and I had no issues at all. Their customer service was also amazing, they responded so quickly to my questions and provided detailed, helpful answers.

I ordered the jorts in the dark wash, and I absolutely love them. The quality is excellent, and they were exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I had a great experience and am a very happy customer! I would definitely recommend this brand.

Can't fulfill orders, refunds take weeks, don't take responsibility, blame banks, couriers, customers, etc, never himself. A real shame as a looks like a good product, but clearly has not yet the maturity to deal with customers without resorting to harassment, deleting interactions, tit-for-tat style comments (for example calling me unprofessional for using voice notes (I'm disabled, its the easiest and clearest method for me, especially as there is also a language barrier, it's more concise and removes misinterpreting words/tone) after I had stated they were acting unprofessionally with the barrage of message, retorts and excuses. So juvenile and I'm not a company, not sure the logic applies!

Is clear the business is run by a child who is unable to yet understand the responsibilities that come with running a business, or able to manage the administration of fulfilling orders, and definitely not with how to handle speaking to customers correctly and in a proffesional manner.

A real shame as a simple apology rather than excuses and deflections would have resolved all. Instead chose to first intimidate a child (and delete the messages) and then try to draw me into a childish back and forth.

Nobody likes issues, you have to learn to deal with them and move on, not take it personally, and not interact like you're anonymous ignorant meathead on a aFacebook post! You're a business now. Grow up!
