Mark let us know about a potential issue with one of our products he received on March 8th by email and requested a discount for his next order, we replied to his inquiry requesting pictures of the issue in order to better assist him on March 8th. Mark replied with pictures and then followed up with 3 additional emails. In Mark's additional emails, he proceeds to call our customer service “trash” and products “trash”, then also threatens to leave a negative Trustpilot review. Our support did not see these emails until March 9th, when we replied.
We respond to all of our customer service inquiries as quickly as possible. I think a 24-hour response window is very fair considering we are a tiny team working hard to fulfill our orders and keep our customers happy. Instead of being patient like all of our other wonderful customers, Mark decided to spam us and tried to blackmail us with a bad review. We will not tolerate any abuse or blackmail attempts from customers. Mark is a primary example of the type of person we never want to do business with. We stand by our product and our customers.
