What an absolute nightmare of a…

What an absolute nightmare of a customer I have been. Mark was brilliant and changed my holiday destination and once that was booked even changed my hotel. Mark was absolutely amazing, very calm and took everything I threw at him in his stride. Apologies from me to you Mark, but a massive thank you!!!! X

Brilliant experience

I had a holiday planned with love holidays.. they cancelled 23 days before I was due to flight out. I found plan holidays on Facebook, they couldn’t do enough for me to fix my holiday and try get me back on track, even went outta there way to try keep it on the budget I had. Easy to speak to, and had everything booked within out an hour of chatting to them, honestly couldn’t thank them enough after me being so stressed that my holiday was cancelled.

Excellent costumer Service Great Service From Start To Finish

A pleasurable experience booking my Holiday to Maldives & Dubai through this company.Agent Zack is an absolute diamond of a person. He represents his company in a commendable manner, dealing with me in such a unique way giving a family feel. I was delighted by the way every query was dealt with, it was easy for me to ask any questions and all were answered with due diligence and further knowledge to gain. I got the package I was looking for and security of peace of mind knowing brother Zack can't let me down anytime. I'm looking forward to future visits and bookings will be made with just Plan Holidays. Recommend to all they will never let you spoil your delighted Holiday
