Customer support resolved my faulty jacket with a replacement
After a little back and fourth with the planks customer service team they did do a very good job with replacing my faulty ski jacket.

Really great products at great prices
Really great products at great prices.
I bought men’s good times insulated pants which were perfect for spring skiing.
This year I bought a men’s happy days anorak which goes perfectly with the pants. Great performance for warming and cooling. Great features such as arm pocket and side zipper.
Got a lot of compliments on my gear this year. I saw nobody else wearing the same tones and style as me all week at a busy resort.

Placed order on Monday No response
Placed order on Monday 18th March. Paid for 48 Hour express delivery, As off on Holiday Saturday. So figured 4 days should be adequate. No update on Order and emailed both Help and customer services email and sent message on Linked in. No response to anything. Doesn't look like my jacket will arrive. Seems to be ongoing problem with this company during "peak times" will have to buy a jacket on route to airport instead. Whish I had read these reviews prior to placing express order. Have searched high and low on the internet for a customer services number to call, but not one to be found. Maybe on purpose I suspect. Unless I miraculously get my delivery by 9.00am Saturday AM, I will never be using this brand again or recommending them.

Unfortunately, we do not have a landline/telephone number for our Customer Service team, however our email address is manned Monday-Friday 9am until 5pm so I will ensure our team get back to you as a priority. Due to capacity, during peak times please expect up to 48 hours to receive a response. Rest assured our team are working as fast as they can to answer and resolve your query promptly.
Regarding your order placed on Monday 18th, I have investigated this and can see that due to an internal system error, the order did not land with our warehouse until this morning, for which we can only apologise and I will be sure to liaise with our I.T team to check what has happened here. However, I can see the order has been picked and packed and dispatched via DPD this afternoon for a scheduled delivery for tomorrow. You should receive an email regarding tracking information directly to your email.
If you have any further queries or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out again to our customer service team on customerservices@planksclothing.com and I will ensure our team prioritise your ticket. I will also ask them to send you a discount code to use on a future purchase as our way of apologising for the inconvenience caused here.

Gear is great
Gear is great, but when I tried to exchange sizing, I would have had to return and then re-order. I ended up keeping my too big of gear and deal with it.

I got some amazing pants(high rider bib) with a good-looking pattern(DPM camo) at a super low price(50-something bucks somehow), and I love their mission. I’d recommend them to a friend any day.

0 customer service - do not order before ski holiday
I ordered from Planks two weeks before my ski holiday and was super disappointed in how they handled every element of the order. Supposedly I'd get an update after 48 hours to say my order had been dispatched and I still have nothing a week later, my ski holiday now four days away. I have sent three emails and had no response which has been very annoying. Yes as a ski brand you will be busy in peak winter season but you need to have a better system in place.
I shopped at the Val d'Isere Planks store on my season 13 years ago and though they were a great brand. Find it wild they haven't been able to get their customer service right in all that time. I now need to find an alternative at very short notice. Avoid if you can.
