Poorly made eurorack module (Jellyfish v2). Bought one of their modules from an approved dealer and it arrived faulty. Was sent a new one and later down the line that one became faulty too. Fast forward to this year and I was advised by someone that it looked like a DIY job given the state of the back of it - a picture was sent to Plankton themselves to clarify and they initially said it looked like a DIY job too, but after speaking to the dealer it turns out it came straight from Plankton themselves and they eventually admitted so. What annoyed me most was that Plankton didn't even offer to fix the module after hearing it was faulty....

I ordered some electronics from thier webshop. Their webshop is new and still have some flaws. I had some concerns with the order. I emailed the small company and got fast replay every time.

I had to pay via bank transfer. I could also pay via PayPall, but then I had to get a ticket manually. Here I really prefer credit card payment as VISA.

The order was without shipping costs, and I recieved an email with this, where PlantonElectronics asked me volunteerly to pay for it. I was on vacation and we made a paypal payment for the shipping cost. I see this as a beginners error, and since I in the meantime had received by order,

So, basically their webshop can improve a lot. I see the errors made as beginners errors that will be fixed and due to the good service from there I give it 4 stars, and will probably shop there again.
