Excellent Process
After a free consultation we decided to use Neil at Plans4Extensions. Right away his experience was evident. He showed us some previous plans and set out a process from start to finish.
We received the draft plans within 16 days and after we approved a slightly tweaked design opted for the plans to be completed. Our extension falls under permitted development so no planning permission needed.
In terms of quality it's as good as an architect without 3d drawings, which aren't required. We are happy so far and just awaiting Building Control approval and have had positive conversations from local builders. Neil is available if needed and we have him saved in our favourites. Excellent service and very smooth process.

Very pleased
We were looking to extend our home with a single level extension. We came across Plans4Extensions on Facebook and reached out to them. We opted for the free consultation and from that moment we decided to use them as they gave us all the answers we needed for our questions.
Smart plans and the design is better than we were expecting. Fast turn around and planning was submitted within 23 days. Very pleased and we are now just waiting for the planning to be granted.
Excellent service from an experienced professional. They are also in communication with us and so far answered any concerns we have had.

As discussed, once planning permission has been granted we will apply for Building Control approval, which takes around 4 weeks.
