Horribly packaged, none of the plants look like the pic on the website. If I saw these plants in a nursery I wouldn’t have even gave them a second look. Customer service was A+ because I ended up getting a refund.

I ordered some plant fert. And then I realized that the shop was here in Philly. So I decided to swing pass and take a look. What a plant shop it has all the plants you want. If not, they will order. I had a nice convo with a young lady there, and she was helpful. Great shop.

This was my first time, I found this company from just searching for Prop drops, which I saw on someone’s Instagram (she didn’t say what brand or anything) so while I was on your site, I found plants and I just love all you have to offer and my plant was packaged perfectly and I would definitely order from here again!! 🌱

I've started using Growth Technology Foliage Focus. It's produced in Australia and hard to find in the US. Most US suppliers only carry the 250ml bottle but Plant and People carries the 1L bottle which is more cost effective. Shipping was much faster than anticipated.

Great plants! Great people! Great communinty! I've ordered a lot of plants from Plant and People. More than I can count I'm ashamed to admit lol. But def my go to plant shop. Their plant knowledge is incredible too!

My order was never shipped. I had to call and email to find out where it was. It was then shipped 7 days after I ordered (I had paid extra for 2 business day shipping). I never got a call from them or a response to my emails. Things happen and orders are missed but to never say they were sorry about the oversight? I asked for a shipping refund. They gave me $6 back. Still no apology, no personal communication. Very poor customer service.

I haven’t received my order placed 2/7 nor any updates.

I finally, received my order. I wish in the future, they would give updates i.e. order confirmation, tracking etc. I had to contact Paypal thinking my order was never received and payment was already made. Meanwhile, I ordered another bottle from a different Seller since I needed it.

The fertilizer, Foliage Focus, arrived intact and as described. Yet, you insist that I did not order from you. LOL! Please check your system.

I was a bit leary of ordering a plant online but I was pleasantly impressed by my experience my plant arrived faster than I anticipated and my plant was packed neatly and secured. The actual plant was fresh as was the soil. A great experience and I would highly recommend PlantandPeople to any and everyone!!

I ordered a monstera obliqua that arrived in very poor condition. I contacted the seller and still have not heard back. The plant is still struggling, after about two weeks. Leaves are dying and sad. Some root rot was noted. I'm hoping I can rehab it.

They kept me informed about my order. They sent me an email telling me the plants I ordered "Were no longer vibrant" and asked if I still wanted them or cancel my order. They just arrived and the way they are packaged is phenomenal! I have ordered from lots of places who can't come close to the service & care you give an order. I'm so freaking impressed, you have no idea!! Thank you!!
