I have always been dubious about CBD and the positive effects on the body, mainly because of my lack of awareness on the subject. Planthaya offers a range of products which is not overwhelming whilst providing you with the benefits and dosage in an easy to understand format. Stacey is great, she is very knowledgeable and most importantly very passionate about these products and business and this really comes out with the quality of the products she sells. I am seeing positive benefits almost immediately after taking the CBD drops each morning - it fits well with my new gym routine which (unfortunately for me) would mean a lot of aches and pains, but that just is not the case and I cant believe it. I have always suffered with sore muscles after training and this has almost disappeared now. Another bonus is that I am sleeping very well too, which helps with the 5.30am starts!!
