As a designer I source alot of faux plants and the quality of these are great! Was really impressed with look and price!

I made a purchase online and within 10 minutes it was ready for collection.The service was very friendly and helpful . They have a very large selection of flowers.I wholeheartedly recommend this plant shop.😊🫶

I ordered a lot of plants online. I didn't even receive an acknowledgement. I had to check the money was gone from my account. It was. Eventually, I was able to chase the order up and it was sent out a week later. There was one plant where they sent the wrong plant, two missing. one covered in mealy bugs and one with mealy bug eggs. Communication with the company is awful. They do not seem to care. They have now refunded the missing plants. I'll have to go source them elsewhere but they refuse to refund the one they mixed up. Now, they say both plants are actually the same plant but both names are listed on the site and I already have two of the one they sent. I am not at all happy. Also, if you bought from them recently, check your plants and isolate them for a while before you put them with others. Now they are saying they called me. On the forth week they called me. After I told them email would be easier for me. And the call was to say they will not do anything for me. Just send the plant I ordered or refund me. This is so simple.

I was surprised on arrival to the changes this company has made to a site that previously looked fit for demolition. It is now a plant lovers heaven. An example of urban renewal in motion. Fine selection of plants and tools. Prompt friendly service. Reasonable prices. Get down to Cork street and support this valuable urban plant store.

The staff is wonderful, always offering honest advice. However, unfortunately as much as I liked going to Plant Life, I'll no longer purchase plants from them. I have a number of different plants, of which all that I got at Plant Life are infested with either mealy bugs or thrips! I've been using sprays, neem oil, alcohol, anything to get rid of the insects but it's time consuming and my other plants (not purchased at plant life) dont have any bugs. That gives me a clue, that it's not a coincidence that all plants from plant life come infected already. I'm caring for my plants and never experienced issues as such, but having every plant from the shop with the bugs, makes me not want to buy from them anymore.

This place is a paradise for indoor plants, great selection and variety. Very helpfull staff .

Much sought after plants were not only available but healthy, inexpensive and delivered on time. I held back one star due to delivery cost but perhaps it was necessary. Nevertheless it was a very positive experience & can certainly recommend. Many thanks

nice selection of gardening toolsand plants, the knowledge of the staff is impressive.

Visited last Saturday afternoon.
Was chatting with a floor staff member. Getting great advice on my new garden. I didn't know what plants to buy so was showing him a photo of my garden on the phone. Then from nowhere this old man I assume his manager appeared saying to the staff member to get away from me. It was awful. I have no idea what was the thinking behind it. But the employee looked shocked, as was I. Very strange experience and incredibly poor treatment of staff and in front of a customer. After that I left. I will buy my plants elsewhere. A few months ago i was there and there was another incident with another manager (i assume) a female sniping at an employee. So unnecessary. That was definitely my last visit. Plant shops are supposed to be chill!
Avoid.

I ordered some plants online as they were not available in store, collected them after a week of receiving email, As they were stored under dest in the dark box and not watered flowers gone from all of them and leaves dried out. Last time I visited before we got shouted at for parking inside the gate even if there was no sign at the time to prevent me from doing so. Never going back. Shittiest customer service ever.

High quality products and quick delivery.

A great spot in the city to get a wide range of plants and pots, etc. The only place I found to get a good variety of carnivorous plants.

The online order and pickup was quick and simple.
