It's really quite astounding. One minute you are walking down a fairly nondescript urban streetscape, surrounded by what passes for architecture these days. Then a gateway and few steps later you enter a lush, green paradise. Stopped me right in my tracks. How often does that happen?
Everyone should go there. Find it on the map and take a walk, maybe a buy a fern or something. Live a little!

Great selection of plants, and able to make recommendations for similar alternatives if needed.
Being able to get them delivered is also great.

While there was no choice in the smaller, cheaper plants, my wishes were largely accommodated. I was hoping for non flowering bromeliads, but, I guess most people grow them for the flowers and throw them away afterwards, while I have bromeliads that lated over 10 or 20 years either the original plant or generations of them, depending on the species. The fern and cat grass were perfect... 🙂

Buying was easy. Great option of Gift Cards. The purchase didn't go through at first in the credit card but when I tried again it worked.

Friendly customer service deliverd on time

I don’t have a car so Urban Plant Life is a lifesaver when it comes to buying plants and soil etc as they are able to deliver everything for a good rate. Their delivery van is electric as well which is great. Always a great selection on their website and the guys that deliver are so friendly. I highly recommend!

Several items out of stock, company did a great job over the phone organising replacements or omissions. Shipping was very fast, and fuss free! Driver was well prepped to handle the return of replacement items we didn’t like.

Plant condition however was a mixed bag. Three plants ordered, one stunning in amazing Nick, one healthy but a far cry from the photos in terms of ‘fullness’ and one with a majority of leaves substantially damaged.

Pains me to give such an average review for such good customer service, however, the primary produce is the plants.

Great products and fast delivery

Hand picked plants where in great condition - would pick the same if I was instore shopping!
Inwaant home when the delivery arrived. Driver went to the efforts of gaining access yo the apt block and left them outside my front door.
I would say an improvement would be sending an email to confirm a delivery date would be great.

I got a window box of plants from Urban life and paid extra money to have them planted by a professional with fertilizer put in. Less than 3 weeks after I bought them they have completely rotted and I have followed the care guidelines from the “professional” at Urban Plant. I called them to explain the situation and was accused that it was my fault and they could not have been ruder on the phone. Couldn’t recommend a place less. Overpriced and poor quality

I really liked that the team helped me a lot with making the purchase... I have to highlight that I live in Spain... and my friend picked up the plants without problem and in good condition... just as they are shown on the website... I didn't use the shipping service because it seemed expensive to me...

These guys are great, I ordered online and picked up the next day. Excellent quality and unusual plants that are always in great condition. Well done all involved!
