Everything that I bought arrived in great condition. Customer service was brilliant. I made a mistake with my order and they were really accommodating in fixing it.

Always great service and great products

Health and beautiful plants, but I never will order online again. My major issue was when I went to pick up my order in the store, and as soon I arrived I was able to hear plants screaning desperate to someone adopt them. So all at sudden, some plants just jumped at my hands and I was forced to take them home. At least it was my explanation when come home with 12 plants instead of 5. 😬

The order disappeared and was weeks late. I kept having to follow up with Urban Plant Life. In the end it got delivered with - for some reason - a Happy Birthday card to my friend - even though she was recovering from a serious operation in hospital and I had said this to Urban Plant Life when I was following up and trying to track down the order. A complete debacle, and need even offered a refund or a voucher!

Great care was taken to ensure my plant arrived in perfect condition.

My instructions weren't followed. As a result the bday gift intended for my daughter arrived late. I had to get the voucher resent. There was no apology
On the plus side I got a quick response to my email and even though the voucher was re-sent to the incorrect address the response was timely

Placed the order online, the item was 20 euro, I was surprised to find delivery cost 30 for that considering it wasn't a very large item, but I figured maybe it would mean next day delivery, no order came, no delivery date on conformation email, I sent an email got no reply, had to call a week later to find they must have just forgot the order, when the item was eventually delivered it was damaged, I felt like calling back and asking for a refund but I was already a few days late for the birthday this was for so I just went to a different shop and bought a new one, big waste of time and money here I'm sorry to say, I also got no apology or explanation.

Urban Plant Life are the best. Delivery the next day and they rang to arrange a convenient delivery time. Plants are extremely healthy and at a good price.
