Very poor customer service
Ordered several plants in February and waited until May for delivery when our payment was fully refunded without any explanation. Baffled by a company with a good reputation treating customers with such bad service, shall not be using them again.

Really pleased with the selection and quality of plants in this delivery and they look beautiful in the various containers now they are planted out. However, they did arrive a bit upturned so wonder whether the packaging needs to be more secure in future.

I enjoyed buying my plants through this service. The owner interracted in a warm manner, quickly with me through telephone. The flowers are very nice and make a real difference to our garden
