All the plants received were healthy and properly tagged. Replacement was also provided without any hassles for some plants that didn't survive. A very trustful organization!

I order two rododendron plants
I order two rododendron plants. Red and pink. Red one is almost dried. Bluedart courier kept the stuff for three days at manali office july16 to july19.
Probably that is the reason of plant dying. In Future send by delihvery courier which is more prompt. Send the replacement soon

I had ordered succulants from them
I had ordered succulants from them, I received the package late, above that the whole packaging was damaged. I sent them a video and individual pics, the succulants were all broken the packaging was bad.
the worse part is they are asking me to do this and do that. sending me a care sheet. Telling me it comes from 2000km from the best courier bluedart, the bluedart guy who faked entry of us being on vacation in the first attempt of delivery. Worst service ever

Never again going to purchase any plant…
Never again going to purchase any plant from them worst service ever experienced.They have all sorts of excuses for not refunding or for providing replacement for plant,the condition of plant upon arrival was far from satisfactory.they were poorly packed,with no protective padding or suppor, resulting in damaged leaves and stem.

Thier class service
Luckily I am save I'll purchase 1 plant and on the same time I share image ,that plant was pathetic in condition and after 15 days I see no growth and send them pic , instead of refund and replacement they told me it grow after 30 days.
