I ordered a handbag my wife wanted for Christmas on 5 December, appreciating Plantwear said it would take 10 business days to 'process' the order. After this time had been and gone, with no confirmation, I emailed twice with no reply. However, after 13 days I got an email saying it had been dispatched, which included a tracking number which the courier website said was invalid. I emailed Plantwear to ask for the correct code but again no reply. Their website says it should then take 2-4 business days but eventually received it on 10 January (after 10 business days). The handbag is of good quality but it was frustrating to see, looking at the shipping label, that Plantwear had made a typing error on tracking number they had sent me. I've emailed them to give feedback...I've had no reply. I totally agree with another Trustpilot reviewer in that their customer services is non-existent and frankly the lack of response to any communication is simply rude.

The customer service doesn’t exist anymore, the lenses are low quality.

I bought what is called the premium wooden sunglasses back in 2020, and after 2 years the original mirror coating became worn-off. I send the sunglasses for repair. At that time, 1 year ago, the customer service respond and the repair itself was very fast.

The mirror coating went off again very quickly this time, and I wanted to send them for repair again. However, it’s already more than a month I’m trying to reach someone to negotiate the repair: the original contact email and Facebook messenger from their international website (plantwear.com) are silent, the ones that I found on their Polish website (plantwear.pl) are alive, but people from the customer service reply as they pleased and not read what’s written in the customer’s message at all.

That’s a pity because the frame itself is well-made, but the lenses are trash. I thought I wasn’t careful enough but I removed the lenses and washed them with lukewarm soapy water - and the mirror coating completely went off.

Uret jeg købte ved plantwear.pl virkede ikke. Jeg køber et nyt batteri og laver desværre en lille ridse bag på uret i mit forsøg på at skifte det.
Uret virker stadig ikke, så jeg sender det retur.

Plantwear vil trække mig €14 euro for ridsen jeg har lavet. Jeg skriver okay, men efter 6 uger har jeg stadig ikke modtaget mine penge.
