Just popped into the warehouse to collect a ceiling rose. I was served by Ryan who extremely helpful. I needed some coving samples as well and Ryan was more than happy to talk me through the different options, as well as explaining the process when coming to ordering.

Quality products and excellent service
We've ordered two roses so far, with a need to order more in the future. One of them (the really expensive one) was damaged in transit. I phoned, expecting to have to deal with a lot of hassle, only for them to sort it and send a replacement the next day at no extra charge. Can't really beat that, and as a result, they've earned our patronage indefinitely.

Mark delivered the coving for us and he was very helpful and friendly. He showed us how to store it and helped us bring it in. All the pieces were perfect and wrapped well and we are very pleased with the coving. It has made the room look so much more interesting and I am pleased we made the decision to put coving up

I wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Plaster Ceiling Roses.
I ordered many meters of cornicing and 5 ceiling roses at then had to make a slight change to the order. The process was made so simple by Lucy who was both helpful and friendly. I then spoke to Jack to try and get a better idea of the delivery time which was a 2 hour window and he managed to track the order for me down to a fixed time. Each step of the way the service was excellent. Will be returning to buy in the future.

Gary was friendly, helpful and professional. He helped me with samples, how to book my order and guided to me a fitter who happened to have an opening for the job when I placed my order. I’m renovating my farmhouse and wanted to add some traditional features back in. I found PCR and ordered a beautiful ceiling rose.
