Excellent buying and delivery experience
It was a pleasure dealing with this company. From ordering the right coving - at a competitve price - to the delivery, we were very satisfied. On delivery, the driver (Mark) gave us excellent communication before arriving, was on time and then very pleasant and helpful getting the coving into our house.

Well what can I say other than Jason is a credit to your company. Best delivery experience we have had. He was so polite, helpful and nothing too much trouble. I really wish we had Jason delivery products to house all the time. He phoned prior to arriving and I work from home, my husband advised I may be on a call and to leave the goods outside, Jason arrived promptly after this and I was able to greet him at the door. He carries all of the items in and places them were requested and was very courteous throughout. Absolute super star of a employee

Just as described, and so perfect; very well packaged too. We were in a hurry as our plasterer had announced he was coming much earlier than expected, but the staff very kindly and helpfully processed the order much faster than advertised. Great service!

Great quality and service
We ordered the acanthus ceiling rose (750mm dia) we were unsure at first as the price was so good, but the quality is great. It was delivered very quickly and the delivery driver Mark was very friendly and professional. So glad we found this site will definitely be ordering more from here.

Great delivery, quick to resolve problems
Mark couldn’t have been better as a delivery driver - he arrived nice and early, was polite and friendly, and even carried everything upstairs for me. Unfortunately the wrong cornicing was delivered (which Mark noticed - I might not have done!) but Plaster Ceiling Rose rearranged delivery for the next day and refunded my delivery fee. Overall they provide great customer service and we will definitely be using them again for our renovations in future!

I called in the morning to explain I wanted to make a purchase but to collect that day. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful staff member who assured me I could come anytime. I arrived a couple of hours later and Ryan and James were so lovely and helpful. They were quick at getting everything sorted, adjusted my car seating to fit everything in and carried and packed my order into my car nicely. They even explained for future what to do if I needed to do that again. A very pleasant experience and lovely coving. I would highly recommend.
