10/10 for this company, placed my order online and couldn't pay by PayPal so called the next day spoke to a lovely young lady , Courtney who apologised and explained to me what I can do . Placed the order once more and managed to pay by PayPal this time , 2 days later as I was told by Courtney my large delivery was delivered, great service, very competitive prices , will definitely be using these guys again! Thank you 👍

The website indicated that four items were in stock at the time of ordering, however, only two were delivered. I contacted customer service and was informed that only two were actually available, and the remaining two had been ordered from the supplier with an expected delivery within two days. Unfortunately, those items have still not arrived. This caused significant delays and fines for not completing a job on time. Avoid ordering from this website.

Easily found the parts I needed at very reasonable prices. Ordered Sunday evening, delivered Wednesday afternoon. Was updated as to where the order was through from ordering to delivery. Excellent service.

Had ordered from another online supplier but after numerous emails and phone calls was told they didn't have the stock and would maybe be sometime next week ..their website showed everything I'm stock ..I rang plastics express explained I had arranged labour and hire of machinery for the coming weekend explaining I had been let down ...the sales office checked they had everything and said the warehouse will make sure it gets despatched that day ...I received a confirmation and goods arrived next day on a carrier ..so a one big thank you to you and your team

Terrible returns policy - Make sure you definitely want what you order because a) they will try to charge you an massive amount of money to use their courier to return things or leave you with the work of finding your own courier for a reasonable price and b) will not necessarily refund the full value of the goods you return - deducting courier costs that don't appear on your original bills.

I saw the 62% of 1 star negative reviews and didn't place an order. Thank you everyone

Incompetent with poor customer service. First order delivered wrong number of drainage pipes. I emailed them on Thursday chasing a second order that was late. No reply. Phoned on Friday and turns out they sent to a completely wrong address. Clearly no systems to check delivery. They refused to arrange a courier to get me the parts for Monday. I will not use again.

Purchased a number of plumbing items. Lead time was a little bit longer than I expected taking a wedk and larger items were not delivered. This was the fault of the delivery company and not plastic express. A refund for the missing larger items was issued promptly. Overall happy with the experience, service and will use again.

I agree with the bad reviews here . Ordered Monday few 110 bends and gully with drain cover. Paid £15 delivery and arrived on Thursday. All OK apart from drain cover missing dx delivery guy dropped off and ran before checking .phoned company to say missing they said should be with you Friday.
Friday nothing phoned again they said its still in Northampton so have to now search locally what waste time won't use again waiting for refund on cover but I guess I'll have to chase them again

Although my delivery was slightly delayed, due to the courier missing the pick up, I was informed of the issue and received my order the next day as promised. The order was complete and undamaged. Very happy with the service and quality of the goods.

Placed several orders over time, delivery was patchy on the first 2 but not too long a timescale to be a nuisance. On the 3rd delivery the order was wrong with incorrect parts supplied, asked for exchange but refused. Have other orders to make which total £5000 for several projects but they'd rather cut their own throat for £20. Muppets.

Items arrived and as expected,the only criticism is that after the order was received,after I got my email,there was no communication regarding delivery date,and no tracking as far as i could tell.

Appalling telephone manner , only rang to check delivery time on order , women on the phone Morgan really didn’t want to be there I suggests she looks for another job as this one’s not suited to her , she ended up putting the phone down on me

Terrible company with shocking customer service. On receipt of my delivery I identified to the courier that two of the access chamber risers had no seals, he had no idea so we checked on the van but there was nothing there. I called Plastics Express and the girl (with massive attitude) told me that I had to send photos, which I was happy to do. I told her that I had a builder arriving the following day so I needed the seals sending out (this was mid afternoon) asnd I was told that they were too busy. So I have to cancel a builder because they don't check the products before shipping??! Told them to come and collect them and send me a refund. What a joke this outfit are. Avoid.

Terrible company to deal with. Read the reviews and avoid like the plague. 5 attempted deliveries all wrong, customer service shot to pieces they have no idea what's going on, if you need parts quickly shop somewhere else!!!. Never ever dealing with this company again SHOCKING!!!!!

I have used Plastic Express quite a few times, most recently I ordered lots of waste and drainage pipes and fittings for a job. All of the stuff I ordered was in black except for 3 pipes in white, I was called by someone in their office to check that I really did want white and that I had not simply clicked the wrong button.

Everything I ordered arrived and I find their prices much better than my local plumbers merchants. I also like the fact that many of their products are made here in the UK.

And yes, I will happily use them again.

Ordering on the well laid out website was very simple. The goods arrived promptly within 3 days. Very pleased with the whole process – thank you for an efficient service.

I was apprehensive about using this company based on previous reviews BUT the prices and availability were good so I placed an order on Thursday 26th Jan. I received delivery of my order on the 30th Jan and would not hesitate on using this company again.

Awful did not sent full amount of items and then claiming there is nothing they can do. Was told re order extra parts and they would investigate. Lo and behold ordered a again and then the investigation fell flat on its face. No resolution
