Love the trouble-free (and speedy) ordering, the convenient small 90g wet food packs, the free measure cup, and the dry food that always seems really fresh. Most importantly, the food passes the taste test for a fussy dog - we went through 10 or so different brands, from cheap to very expensive, but she would always eat it for a few days and then go off it. She's been on this for about 6 months now - one dried food scoop in the morning and mix of dry/wet in the afternoon and she still rushes to her bowl at every feeding time. Ocassionally you get a free pack of treats in the order too, which makes you feel like a valued customer - and my dog loves them too!

Easy to order on their website and quick delivery. The dry food is great (Senior Chicken) and I am now mixing it with the wet Beef & Chicken, the hound absolutely loves it.

Delivery was really prompt, and my dog's digestion has been good on platinum but he is very very reluctant to eat it. It's been a struggle to get enough food in him per day and he's lost weight over the last few weeks because of it. Even mixing in fresh meat hasn't swayed him! He's a working breed with high food drive so appetite isn't usually an issue. The food has a very strong smell that's quite artificial although nothing in the ingredients looks suspect. It's a kind of sweet smokey bacon kind of smell that gets stronger the longer the bag has been open. We started on the iberico dry, then tried the chicken and lamb dries and they all have the same smell the instant the bag is opened. Keeping it sealed hasn't helped unfortunately. Overall a good food for sensitive digestion, and efficient delivery, but the dog won't eat it so we have a lot of left over kibble!

Great alternative to our regular brand which is imported and difficult to obtain regularly. Our setters seem to enjoy it but their stools are much softer. Delivery very prompt.

The food itself is amazing 👏 good quality and my dog loves it ❤️ the shipping and delivery way before time so perfect ... but .... the delivery was with DPD the worse company ever! I've asked them to leave it with my neighbour and as usual they've done whatever pleases them! The box the food came in was damaged, you could clearly see what was inside. I really don't understand why company's still using DPD ... their reviews are 1.6 stars in Croydon.
I will order again in the future, but it won't be quick only because of DPD. 100% recommend the food itself. For such a beautiful quality food I would expect better service from delivery!

Recently took part in a project Trial for TRND, we received the wet food for my dog and I have to say she woofed it down, her tummy is a little fussy when it comes to wet food but I needn't have worried! She was absolutely fine with this food, My only gripe is the cost now we have to carry on with this.

Having received the dry platinum dog food as a free trial for Trnd i was a little unsure as my dog is a very fussy eater, I've tried so many brands and he usually leaves some but wow he absolutely loved it ive never seen him scoff his food down so fast, it's made with 70% fresh chicken and alot of other natural ingredients, i like the fact that it has no nasty preservatives, colourings and artificial flavour enhancers, it's also made without cereals containing gluten, it's got a unique FSG preparation which is a slow cook meat juice method, which makes the food soft and chewy so won't swell in my dogs stomach, I'm so happy that I've found a food that my dog loves that ive now placed an order with platinum 😀
