I’ve recently purchased my new vehicle through these guys . Absolute 10/10 service over the moon with how they dealt with the sale I would highly recommend to anyone.

I brought a car and within the first couple of weeks I have problems so I took it to an independent mechanic to get what I thought was just one job done which was a knocking noise and it ended up being 11 problems with it which meant it was an MOT failure and it should never been put on the road. They had 12 months dodgy MOT put on it just to try and sell it plus there’s been other problems like I think called Mikey which only allowed me to go up to 80 miles an hour and I couldn’t not my car for two weeks.

Recently me and my husband bought our car from platinum car sales, from the very beginning we have been treated with nothing but respect. We went to view the car (close to closing time), John stayed open for us to take the car for a test drive answered every question asked, and allowed us plenty of time to decide on our sale without any pressure even though it was almost an hour after closing time (sorry guys!) again no pressure was made. My partner brought a van over 12months ago which he fell in love with straight away. I needed a bigger car with having 5 children and see the same van but 7 seats which was ideal for what I needed we were made to feel welcome and were looked after very well you will be very entertained , I had a slight problem but it was resolved straight away as the after care is second to none.. needless to say they will always be the first place we will go to when needing anything.

recently bought a Range Rover Evoque from John at Plantinum car sales and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. Thank you so much for everything you did to make sure everything was sorted before we left with the car — nothing was too much trouble! You even went above and beyond getting my private plates sorted before we drove away, which was a lovely touch.

Both me and my partner felt really comfortable and happy throughout the whole process. The communication was great, and we were kept updated every step of the way. When I thought there might have been an issue with the wheel, they told me to bring it straight in to be checked by the mechanics — it turned out it was just the new brakes bedding in. It’s rare to find a garage that’s this honest, helpful, and easy to deal with.
