They were good at helping me. Unfortunately this was my first time and I had no clue there was a brokers fee of over $1000 involved. By that point I had what I needed lined up and could only go with what was offered. Didn't get the best interest rate although my credit isnt the best so cant blame them. Service was good however communication could be better as in updating and letting clients know est times etc. Can't fault them but there is always room to improve.
I wish they had told me about the fees in the beginning.
