Every detail of the trip was carefully planned and executed. We were taken care of from the time we landed, our travels around the various tours/cruise and departure.
My only negative is the tipping situation. I feel you should be tipped if you actually did something to help the customer
. Am not against tipping but I found it to be "over kill" and also paying to use the rest rooms. besides those things I had an enjoyable time.
Things went seamlessly for us. Both guides were enthusiastic, highly responsive, knowledgeable and mindful of physical limitations. A special shout out to Ibrahim who made sure we had a good time and quick to accommodate our unique interests and needs. He is a gem. I have only good things to say about the Cairo accommodations and the entire cruise was crazy amazing! The well-chosen historical sites, scenery and cultural insights were presented well. The ship, food/drink, upgraded suite, service and crew were FANTASTIC. It has made being home both a chore and disappointing.
Our Platinum Holidays agent was amazing and very helpful! He helped us put together an amazing travel package and everything exceeded our expectations.
