Looks good, even used Mistplay to suck me in. Never answer email nor does their so called "Support Form" even exist. Non pay out. Waste of time! After months of attempting to contact them, nothing. Feel more fooled as I purchased a couple of things from their site to build earnings!!! Yep silly me!

This is a scam. Requested payout a week ago and it's still pending and no matter how many emails I send to them I never get a reply.

I have tried and tried to email these people. No response. There's no phone number to call. They will not send me my money. I put a lot of money in there and they will not send me my rewards. Do not play this

Requested my $10 payout on April 9th, 2025. Sent email about it. No response whatsoever. 0 out of 5 stars, even my worst experience with GPT eventually paid me after 12 months (Giftloop from way back in 2021). PlayCharge is somehow worse and that's remarkable. Not in a good way of course. I repeat, my satisfaction score here is 0 out of 5, the lowest score possible. Shockingly terrible, THEY NEVER RESPONDED to my request to complete the processing of my $10 4/9/2025 request. Astonishing.

You stop awarding credits which is bull crap. Your ads are extremely over the top. SHAME ON YOU. PITIFUL

Scam service- no rewards , no support don't waste your time

I was supposed to get 20 and 10 dollars from playcharge for the games that I was playing and I still have not received anything for it yet.

I cashed out 10,000 coins for a total of $10.00 on February 7, 2025 and received an email stating I should receive an email with a link to complete my transaction with PayPal within 48hrs which I never received. Upon contacting support from tremendous which is where my payouts are usually received from via email I was told my payment was cancelled and to proceed with customer support service with the PlayCharge app itself. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer support for this gaming platform only to receive no responses back, no cash out,and my 10,000 coins were never added back in my account if in fact this transaction was indeed cancelled. The customer service for this app is very disappointing and highly unprofessional!!

Total rip off. I earned enough points to get a $5 gift card, but after I tried to redeem it they raised the points to double to cash out. They cancelled my card without telling me why!!! Fun games, but bad business.

I reedemed 10 and never recieved the email for my reward. Support never replied, avoid this rewards app if you can.

doesn't respond to contacts and you don't even know if the apps are legit that's why the ratings are so low because there are people who don't pay and don't respond to contacts and I think these apps are only chosen to be paid so these apps have been around for too long that this is not recognized because you are not sure if you will be paid or not, you need KYC, whereas when I redeemed, nothing like that came up and no matter what I did in apps and sites, I did not see any KYC verification, so how can I verify?

Works great if you have no issues, but can get no response if you reach out to support with an issue, & no credit for referrals as promoted

It is the most stupid gaming site I have ever seen in my life.

Once you collect credit and withdraw the credit, they tell you that it will reach you within hours.

And they claim that it is a lie.

Playcharge paid me on 10/19/2024, after having a few technical difficulties, KYC verification has been fixed the app is better then ever. After requesting payout, i was paid in less then 24 hours

Scam app. No support. Kyc verification doesn't go through. Waste of time.

If you are doing this offer for another site like Swagbucks or Freecash it also does not credit for said offer.

I kinda liked the games they had but of course it was a wasted effort as kyc verification which also I believe is the only I've had to do that with to cash out wouldnt go through instantly and said it needed more time. They have no support the ones they have answered are probably just to put a good face on. Like they do something to address issues it's funny because almost all the ones they didnt respond to were for the kyc verifications. Maybe they had intentions to but they obviously can't run their company staffed with 8to 10 people and providing a service that is provided many times over years and years ago. One review on Google his response was to actually accuse the reviewer of cheating. What a joke. I'm going to review on Google as well but I'm also goin to flag it and send screenshots and replies of some of his responses to people. It shouldn't be in the play store if it can't provide what it was posted to its misleading customers for profit. People are scumbags.

Support is dead nobody even there.. no confirmation they have received my email nothing.. it seems like an alright app to earn money but I just tried to cash out and didn't receive my reward scam im guessing they ran out of money my first cashout even worked I dont understand but yea wouldnt recommended for sure

I discovered Playcharge through another GPT and was initially impressed by how well the offer I had started was tracking and that the credits appeared to be rewarded instantly. However, I tried to verify my identity in order to cash out and it has been pending for days. I attempted to contact Support through the website a couple of times and have not received a reply, not even an automated message or email indicating that they’d received it. I also tried reaching out to them on social media with no luck. It doesn’t even look like they’ve read my messages. Because of this, I would avoid Playcharge so as not to waste your time and energy.
