Great customer service, quick to respond and resolve any queries

This company is underhanded. When you follow their instructions to cancel your account online, the website page does not work properly to get that done. They Grey out the DELETE Button. Fact.

the customer service are very top and they are so patient , about my experience many times i needed help and they are so quick and helpful a professional, if you have any issue they remain with you until resolving the problem not like other plateformes that you need to open a ticket and doing pause until resolving the issue ,

Playground AI has an intuitive and attractive interface where you can let your imagination go wild. So much fun to create images for all uses. Customer service is quick and effective.

In addition to the designs often being full of errors, the pv3 option usually only gives one design. The FB group has no help available. They just say "email support". Support doesn't respond. Why is the FB group mostly just pictures the moderator has done? This group was supposed to be a place for support.
This was advertised as a way to speed up my business. Sorry it doesn't deliver.
This has been going on several weeks with no resolution.

Wish I saw these reviews before I wasted my money on a month’s subscription. The images that it creates are rubbish. I cancelled on the same day that I purchased, because after a few hours of trying it out, it was obvious I wasn’t going to have any use for it, and they won’t refund me. The images that ChatGPT produce are higher quality, and at least you can tweak it with prompts - this app is not able to do that at a high level as it keeps generating weird nonsense.

This company is a joke. I had to pay twice for the pro membership to get the perks unlocked, which still didn't give me access to anything but the free stuff. Then when I cancelled my subscription they charged me anyways. When I asked for a refund they didn't send the full amount because they don't give back credit card fees. Unprofessional help that you have to wait for hours to get a response and a site that doesn't do what it says it does.

Horrible, keeps crashing if you scroll through designs. Luckily I only signed up for a month but still a waste of money

The service is a scam. Read Reddit posts about the platform before sharing any card data with them.

There's nothing you can do with a subscription. All you can do is use their templates (not many options) or put your own image, but when you do put your image and try to do something with it, it does it so bad. It can't even properly generate ANY object. They don't refund also so don't even bother.

used to be good but changed completely, no one is enjoying anymore, its clear on their social media people are not happy at all. just do it like it was before.

Tried using the free version for the first time but every time I tried to make a change, it would go to a screen asking to upgrade to the pro version. Total waste of time. Couldn't even tell if the product was any good. Will never try this product again.

Nope, don’t do it. This is a scam! I recently purchased a Pro account in order to use the “upscale by 4x” feature. And for days, and in every design, that feature has “failed to upscale.” When you go to live chat with someone, they clearly use AI as their customer service. I’m getting replies like, “thanks, we’ll consider that feature suggestion.” Etc. There is no real customer support. What a waste of $144. Don’t use!!!!

I'm a writer of a visual novel and this app helped me for a year to produce the most magnificent images for my project, and the tool I used was image-to-image on board, but once the page changed, I couldn't do anything anymore with it.

The quality of those images dropped to gritty, ugly looking and didn't match the quality at all when I set the prompt guidance scale to 20, but everything came out as it was 5 or 7, and also the the safety filter went hypersensitive for my prompt, which I've used to many months before without no problems! Said that the prompt I tried to create, violated the community guidelines when there was nothing that could violate it.

I tried to contact the staff several times about it, which some of them promised to look into, but without any resolve or answer what was happening for over few months. Ultimately one of them replied (I think his name was Justin) with less than minimum effort, without any explanation or alternative options.

Said that they wouldn't be making any adjustments to the safety filter, didn't give options to other sites to help with my projects, or frankly gave a single f*** for my problem or the situation.

Absolutely shocking and pathetic customer service and attitude and the most tragic thing is that it was my favorite app to make images and suddenly it became nothing, but a shadow of itself in a less than year.
