Awaiting response for missing Weekly Wheel prize (Gold Chest). I am writing this review in hopes of getting in touch with the support team regarding an unresolved prize.Eight days ago, (27/07/26), I was lucky enough to win a Gold Chest on the Weekly Wheel. I was very excited about the win, but unfortunately, the reward has not yet been credited to me, and I haven't received any follow-up communication.I have already reached out via email to support to provide screenshots and verification details, but I have not received a response yet. I really enjoy using the platform and simply want to get this sorted out. If a representative sees this, my username is Adoleschos. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could look into my case and help me claim the chest. Thank you!

There is not a single word in any dictionary or thesaurus that comes close to describing how truly terrible this site is. Like truly abysmal. It actually made me hate gambling. Took the fun and desire away totally. Either shut the site down or put it on a gambling addiction site because it literally fixed mine. I no longer find joy or desire to gamble ever again. Thanks for that!

I am extremely disappointed with how Nolimit City (Playin.com) handles their tournament winners. I participated in the "Punk Rocker 3" tournament and achieved a "Max Win" – a huge milestone for any fan of their slots.
​Instead of celebrating this, they disqualified me. Their reason? I used an email alias (a standard privacy tool like Apple's "Hide My Email") to avoid marketing spam. They labeled this as using "disposable emails" and "unfair practice."
​What is even worse: I have proactively offered to undergo a full KYC (Identity & Address) verification for myself and my household members to prove that we are real, individual players and not "multi-accounters." I have sent multiple emails to their support (Jonatan), offering my government ID and documents.
​The result? Total silence. They ignore my emails and refuse to even look at the evidence that would prove my integrity. It seems they prefer to hide behind "sole discretion" clauses rather than paying out legitimate winners.
​For a major provider that claims to be "bold" and "fair," this is a very poor display of customer service and transparency. I have already contacted the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) regarding this matter.
​Be careful when participating in their events – if you win big, they might find a technicality to avoid paying out.
