Returns policy is illegal as it is only 7 days not 14 days.

I placed an order in November but I never received my order which was worth £46. Ups has no contact details to try and track it as it comes up with no information available. I tried emailing playmobile direct but all I get is rude customer service. Ita been nearly 2 months and no refund

I placed an order on 27th Nov for 97.89 pounds and it still has not arrived I received an email from the UPS and you can not use the link to track ? said it would be delivered by the 3rd Dec never arrived and still hasn't - I have sent the customer service department 4 emails no reply. I am 13 days down - no order, no response and no refund very unhappy do not use as they do not response to issues and complaints. disgusting

I contacted customer service about a broken part on the fort my grandson had received and was promised an answer when COVID had allowed staff to return to the office, after about four months I again messaged and was promised an answer soon. I am still waiting for any kind of correspondence from them. I expected a much better customer relations from such a big well established company, very disappointed with them.

My pirate mad son received lots of different Pirate Playmobil kits for Christmas and his Birthday in January. One of the kits made a pirate hideaway cave which came in two parts. When we opened the box we had two backs parts to the cave, but no front. I emailed Playmobil and explained this to them, they immediately sent the correct part in the post and apologised. Happy days and a happy little pirate.

Great toys. Delivery service efficient. Just disappointing that not all items come boxed, just in bags. This is stated when you order that this may happen. It's Just not great if you want the item's as gift's. My children looked at my blankly when opening there presents to find a bag of Playmobil pieces. If they were in boxes the child can at least see what is inside.

Toys are very well made and my son loves them (Scooby Doo and Ghostbusters sets)

Also found customer services extremely prompt and helpful when there was an issue which was due to no fault of their own anyways.

Bought two items, 4023 and 70464 on the advice of our daughter for our grandkids, boys,aged 2&5. Having assembled the two toys I just can't believe what poor quality they are. If the toys make it to boxing day I will be amazed. I know money is tight but if you can afford more then there has to be better on the market

Can’t fault customer services, such lovely and really helpful ladies (Jo and Michelle). A missing part and some spares needed and they were sent out no trouble. I have one very happy little 4 year old!

Received my play mobil this morning one box inside damaged I contacted customer service and I spoke to a lady called Joanne she was lovely and very helpful and dealt with everything immediately. Brilliant service would recommend highly

Made an order and paid. 4 days later they refund my PayPal and cancel my order without the decency to even email me to say they are cancelling my order. Kid's birthday ruined.

Emailed customer service this morning enquiring about a box replacement for the jet plane. Within 2 hours they responded to tell me that they would order it and I should receive it within 14 days. Excellent service. We'll done Playmobil.

Very flimsy...roofs come off most of the viechles and wont stay on...the hospital set fell to bits as did police station. Rubbish

I was not happy that after trying to contact Playmobil, regarding the impractical design of a car and boat toy we bought, that my two emails were totally ignored. I had assumed that they would at least contact me with some sort of reply, especially as I was not able to put a figure in either vehicle without undressing it first.

Absolute nightmare! Horrendous to build. Loads of tiny little pieces get everywhere. Kids cant play with it. They just spend time putting bits back together when it falls apart. Dont know how its so popular.

Awful. I hate to leave a bad review and feel awful seeing as it's quite cute but it is dangerous and badly thought out. My daughter is old enough for the toy yet it was virtually impossible even for me to assemble. Kids cannot assemble playmobil toys please take note. I caused myself blood injuries forcing parts together for my daughter. I had to mention this as it is not right to sell cheap and nasty products to unknowing families. Waste of money. Disappointing for kids.

Super quick delivery from Germany, wonderful toys that last a lifetime. Used to be a nightmare trying to find particular sets in stock at different toy shops who didn't carry the full range, then we found Playmobil UK online shop. Generally the same or cheaper than Amazon, and very reliable, delivery comes within 2 days direct from Germany, no matter how obscure the set. Easy, flawless buying.

Missed their official last posting date for Christmas, but took a chance... and they came through!! Made it all the way from Germany too! Great service and fantastic products - thanks!
