Idk it's very complicated, we have our pldt wi-fi for decades already since 2014. My mom called pldt to get our pldt wi-fi fix & change our modem, they said a technician will arrive at 36 hours. It's been almost 2 weeks since our wi-fi is gone, we kept contacting them to give an update. A number called my mom from pldt, and later on my mom decided to contact that number and my mom is restricted or got blocked. The wi-fi itself runs good. But the customer service or dealing with customers is very poor. They should be sure, they could've said 'we can't fix it right away but not that easy' and not '36 hours' and it's taking forever. I would not recommend this pldt network!.

Took eons to repair a LOS connection. Their chat reps would schedule a repair, but no one came. It has always been that case.
PLDT’s Customer Service Has Hit Rock Bottom
I honestly don’t know where to start without going on a full blown rant, but here it goes. A few years back, I was genuinely impressed with PLDT’s customer service. Calling the hotline was easy, and if I needed faster help, I could message them on Twitter (yes, back then X’s predecessor) and I would actually get to talk to a real live agent. Issues were resolved quickly, sometimes in minutes, sometimes under two hours. It was accommodating, proactive, and made you feel like a valued customer.
This year feels like a complete nightmare. Gone are the live agents. Trying to report a problem now feels like being trapped in an endless loop of bots. I work online. My job depends on the internet. PLDT somehow thinks it is acceptable to block customers from talking to a human at the exact moment the service we pay for stops working.
Yesterday around 3 PM, it rained and the internet died. I waited a bit, restarted the Wi Fi, nothing. I reached out through Facebook, hoping to talk to a real agent because they usually fix problems fast, but the option was nowhere to be found. Messenger and the hotline both locked me inside the same useless bot flow.
When a queue option finally appeared, it said 45 minutes. I got disconnected. Then 11 minutes. Then 33 minutes at other times. Every time I said yes to confirm, the bot either froze or told me the session expired after only a few seconds. Bots cannot understand urgency. Bots cannot understand that my work depends on this. Bots cannot fix anything properly.
Out of frustration, I called the Upgrade hotline. I was connected to a real agent instantly with no queue and no bot. Big thanks to Jay for helping me. But seriously, who decided that regular customers reporting a service outage do not deserve the same access to human agents?
And now here is the update. It has been around 30 hours since the outage started. It feels like my issue is not important because it is still inside their 36 hour timeframe. So I guess I should just sit and wait for them to eventually reach that limit before anyone cares. This is not acceptable for a service that people rely on for work and daily life.
PLDT, you get paid to provide stable service and real support. Not generic automated replies. Not endless bot loops. We deserve an option to talk to a real person who can actually help. Anything less is disrespectful to your customers.
This is not just a minor inconvenience. It is a complete downgrade from good service to absolute frustration. Whoever approved this bot first system needs to rethink it immediately. Your customers deserve better.

Very bad, No Wifi for 8 days now. I'm always asking for follow ups on the issue, they say they are working on it yet 8 days in nothings fixed still the same when I reported it on the first day.

They messaged me yesterday to reboot my router so I would have WiFi…. I’m thinking they might have wireless routers now, which if they do I’m ready to upgrade. BUT SINCE I HAVE TOLD THEM AT LEAST 5 TIMES AFTER WAITING TO CHAT FOR HOURS AT A TIME THAT A TECHNICIAN CUT MY WIRES WITHOUT COMING TO ASK ME IF I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY LINE!!!! AGAIN THIS MORNING THEY SENT A MESSAGE SAYING THAT THEY ARE HAVING TROUBLE CONTACTING MY ROUTER!!!!! NO SHIT, YOU CUT MY WIRES AND BLAMED THE CUT WIRE ON A TYPHOON THAT HAPPENED WAY BEFORE YOU CUT MY WIRE! AFTER THE TYPHOON I HAD A SIGNAL! IT SUCKED AS USUAL BUT THAT IS NORMAL! Cutting wires doesn’t improve signal strength.
Once reliable, now the worst experience you'll ever get
We've been using PLDT for almost 7 Years, the first few years we used it was very good and decent, also reliable when it comes to handling lots of devices at the same time. But after they upgraded the model we bought it suddenly got worse, and we couldn't even connect our old devices forcing us to buy new devices, i really hoped they would fix it when we called them, but even giving assistance took them a long time, I remember it being around 5-8 days before they're able to come and fix the issue. At the end we didn't get any changes, the internet is still bad, now from having the best internet we've been tried. From having the worst experience of it. And currently as I posted this, I am trying to download a 9mb application which I actually taking 50minutes to download?? It's sad but I am starting to to lose trust to this software company. The more technology it gains, the more the models it upgrades, the more it gets even worse. Now I hope they just stay on the older model until they made a version as reliable as the old one. Typing this took less time than posting the review itself. The internet is currently extremely poor.

A “legit scammer” ISP in the Philippines means they’ll take your money and give you the crappiest internet service possible. You can’t contact them easily, and their communication feels like it’s stuck in prehistoric times.

Horrible service. Four months of no WiFi, and we’ve been paying every single month while waiting for them to fix it. At this point it’s beyond inconvenient — it’s unacceptable. We’ve made multiple calls, opened tickets, and been given empty promises with zero follow-through. No technician shows up when scheduled, no updates are provided, and we’re still being charged full price for a service we haven’t received. We’ve been more than patient, but this is ridiculous. We deserve a real solution immediately, including a full refund for the months without service. The way this has been handled shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers.
Right after the tino typhoon
Right after the tino typhoon, I reported the problem to Mr. Rouem Orbase as he was our pldt agent telling him some wires are in the ground. We don't have power right after tino. I was able to contact customer service last Nov 10. They promise that the repairmen will be in our place by November 12. I waited them the whole day but unfortunately nobody has come. Called customer service again last November 13... All are promises. We paid exactly the full amount and the service is worst I ever encountered. I believe they don't have enough crew to do the job. Pldt put more crew in this island.

Poor customer service and poor internet connection. I've been with PLDT for almost 3 years but lately their service is very poor, from always having a slow connection to having a very hard time communicating with their support team.
When reporting a problem, you'll have to wait for a very long time until you can speak to one of their agent, and when you do, they always saying the same script over and over again like there is a current maintenance in the area and they are currently fixing it but still the problem won't go away. Still the connection is terrible.

Worst ISP and customer service in PH, internet is always down or slow. Communication channels if you have issues are hard if you don't have technical knowledge. Their hotlines are useless. Slow to respond to issues.
To summarize, you are not getting what you pay for this ISP. To add the stress and anxiety it gives because everyday there is an issue.

Trash internet providers. Guaranteed no internet connection when it rains.Customer service? They never solve anything. Just temporary repairs. If the subdivision just allowed other internet service providers I would never avail their services but they make contracts with the subdivision owners so that they leave the residents there no choice.
