Unbelievably fake my Jordan 4s on next day delivery took 3 weeks to come on and then the Nike tick fell off unbelievably angry and still no refund shut it down

Ordered Jordan’s came in the best of quality. Will definitely order from Pluggy garms again

Counterfeit goods 100%(son wouldn't listen) tracking number delayed then unrecognised
Blocked on Instagram when challenged & threatened with trading standards then offered a full refund even though they dnt do these apparently! Still won't send returns address so looks like doing a bank reverse charge to retrieve money back *avoid at all costs * *if its too good to be true it generally is*

Son ordered 17 days without joy nothing received not even a email response £120 gone .. avoid

I placed order on 30th December. Tracking number given not recognised. Messages are ignored. Email is same message ...7-10 days. I wouldnt order from them as their aftercare is shambolic. Will have to go through credit card to see if I can get my £120 back & daughter left without Christmas present. Very poor.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from pluggy garms. One pair took 3 days to arrive, and the other took 4 days, that was extremely quick compared to how long it took for my friends to arrive. I’m not sure if the shoes are authentic, although they state that they are, but if they’re not they’re amazing replicas. I would say they run small (another reason I don’t think they’re authentic) so maybe size up half a size or a full size. Overall I’m very impressed, just wish I knew whether or not the products are generally authentic.

I received my trainers from pluggy garms. The quality of the shoes are very good whether they’re real or not. The shipping wasn’t fast but customers are warned of this. Good quality shoes great price compared to genuine price.
