Lack of customer service skills
Purchased jordan 4 off noir & had no issue until they arrived- condition was not as seller described. Seller blamed me for not reading the listing carefully as had written - OG all . Which would mean a list however to the seller this meant they were not OG all and this infact meant it was minus the tag and laces ( such a ridiculous way to write this). Lots of going back and forward seller said they’d send me the laces and tag that were missing - 5 months later and nothing has arrived. Can’t fault the price but the wording on the listing was ridiculous and the seller was reluctant to help- the after care/ customer service is non existent. Would not purchase shoes again from this seller again.
