It is NOT illegal to provide a client of a written assessment of an examination of the problem at hand. PTYD in a now deleted review tried to bully me by claiming it was illegal for them to provide a written declaration of what they assessed as the situation on the spot.

It is however illegal to claim they will do as I wanted on payment which I had NO issues paying their ludicrous fee for the document ($95 + $399 + tax). Like why give me the prices for written documents if it were illegal for them to provide it??? So his reply claiming it was, 'illegal' for them to provide it... even though they have a pricing for it was ludicrous in itself.

I did not ask them to provide a statement for court. I just asked them to assess the plumbing issues I had and if they agreed with my own assessment, then I wanted a written statement from a licensed and certified plumber to support my assessment. It is NOT illegal to provide that document which I had no issue paying for.

They told me one thing which agreed with my own assessment, but not being a licensed plumber myself I could not provide such a document which is why I reached out to a licensed and certified plumber to do so. They agreed and even gave me the pricing for such document. So when they did the 180° and then claimed it was illegal for them to provide it. That in itself was a lie. And a not very good one at that.

I called Plumber to Your Door yesterday for a non rush issue and was happy that they came this afternoon. Not only was response time quick but (George) was able to fix the problem. He was professional and very polite. Always honest with costs. We have used Plumber to Your Door a few times now, for my place as well as my parents'. And we will continue to do so.

I had a leak in the toilet, and the bathroom floor was flooded, and Waterwood go down to the basement as well. I called Plumber to your door after I had brought another plumbing company who had just charged me to replace the toilet, and that was not the problem because the leaking continued. Plumber to your door came put a camera inside found out that that toilet drain was cracked, opened it all up fix the pipes and the leak completely stopped. Saviors. That’s what I would call them. I would greatly recommend them.
