I have used this firm for many years. They have absolutely never let me down… this morning, I woke up to a massive airlock and no water and before 9 o’clock even hit somebody was here to help. I trust them impeccably - they are responsive and knowledgeable, tidy and trustful.

I used AGM Plumbing & Heating for 3 consecutive years for my annual gas boiler service and they seemed to be OK. Following the latest annual boiler service in early October, I called them in to investigate an issue with my boiler which was loosing pressure. They attended the property 5 times during the period of 2 months, replaced a number of boiler parts and charged me £1053 in total and then finally suggested that my boiler needs replacement. Their bolier replacement quote came out more expensive than the quotes from British Gas and BOXT. So I would not recommend them for any heating jobs. However, they seemed to have done a decent job replacing 2 sets of bathroom sink taps for me in November. So, perhaps, if you have simple plumbing jobs, then you are safe.

The plumber sent, Marcin, made a swift and accurate diagnosis of our long-time plumbing problem. He saved us a great deal of money by confirming that the problem did not require us to replace the pump. His work was efficient and his communication excellent!

AGM are a great team. We called Gus when our boiler packed up and his team were quick to sort us out. Have used AGM for other jobs subsequently and they have been excellent. Outside tap wasn’t working when we got back from holiday and they had someone here in under two hours. Quick fix with no fuss, as ever.

Within a couple of hours of my asking for help with my broken boiler the engineer had arrived and diagnosed the issue. 24 hours later the part had arrived and another engineer fixed the problem. I was without heating for only a day in this cold weather. brilliant service and great people

I had a number of issues that needed addressing so I called various local plumbers for help. Agustin (AGM) was very helpful over the phone and visited the next day to see what I required. He was very helpful and just a nice chap. Gave me a ballpark price range that night which was reasonable and told me he was very busy but would try to fit me in quickly. I accepted the price and he did all of the jobs within a few days. Everything is now fixed and his work is to a very high standard. I would strongly recommend AGM for all of your plumbing needs.

the receptionist called Lucy i believe was honestly the rudest women ever, rudely putting the phone down and being SOOO rude!!! really shocked as this is a business line and she is speaking to people like that, wow

I feel conned by these guys. They said they would not leave before everything had been sorted out - and then they left. I paid £7,000++++ and my system is not sorted.
I'm 71 years old - and feel conned.

Marcin came today to fix a clogged drain and he was very professional and kind. I always had good experiences with this company

£95 + VAT Call out fee is very pricey. Especially because no work was done and duration of visit was less than 5 minutes.

Very expensive. £95 plus VAT call out charge payable even if work instructed and visit lasts 10mins.

Wouldn't use again.

I have used this company three times since October 2023, after a recommendation from a friend. Each time I been extremely pleased by the prompt and efficient service from Scott, Kevin and today Marcin. They offer appointments very quickly and it is easy to speak to a real person to discuss what is needed.

AGM replaced our vented hot water cylinder, attic water tank, and central heating feeder tank with a new non-vented cylinder and expansion tank. The installation was completed in two days. The quality of the work was excellent both in terms of the installed units, pipework tidy-up, and removal of the old tanks from the attic. Apart from the efficiency of the work, it was the tidiness of the job and clean-up that impressed. I would not hesitate to have AGM back for further work.
