Great experience. Curtis came round within 3 hours of my initial request for quotation to fix a damaged waste pipe stack back to the wall at height. Friendly conversation over WhatsApp with prompt response to all questions and had a handy online tracker to see when help would arrive. Would 100% use again in future.

My parents very old toilet broke and I rang plumbing doctors and they were able to come fix it the same day. I was worried that we might get charged an extortionate price but they were transparent and fair with their pricing. It was a very professional service and Curtis did a great job on fixing something that a lot of plumbers would have said no to attempting.

I had an emergency with a boiler, I rang numerous Plumbers but to no avail, then I rang the Plumbing and Heating Doctors, from the first call they were extremely helpful and very organised, I was kept updated at all times and by 10.00am the following day the boiler was working again. My shower needed replacing and I didn’t hesitate to call Plumbing Doctor as they had been so great in January when I needed a new tap in the kitchen. Once again, I rang and they responded quickly. Waseem came to look at the shower on Friday and a new shower was ordered. Waseem came back on Monday afternoon and fitted the new shower with no fuss, no mess. He was efficient, polite and pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my plumbing fixes.

Excellent prompt service, professional, no drama, no mess

My water heater was overflowing. I contacted Plumbing Doctors and they arranged a time slot - they promised to let me know on the day when the exact time they were coming and were bang on time.
Curtis quickly established the problem and fixed it in under an hour - he would have been quicker if access to my water heater hadn’t been so awkward.

The price was consistent with what I’d been expecting from online searches.

Curtis was punctual, polite and professional. I have had no problems since.

Had a leak in the shower so contacted Heating & Plumbing Doctors. Was able to arrange a visit next day in my lunch break, a time that suited me as was working 8am-5pm. I was warned the job could be bigger if the leak is not ascertained from front of shower, a hole may need to be cut into the wall. Fortunately that was not the case. The problem was easy to fix and Curtis had the parts in his van so the leak was fixed within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and excellent work. 100% job satisfaction 👌🏾

I highly recommend Plumbing & Heating Doctors. We had an emergency plumbing problem, there was water running from a light switch in our kitchen from upstairs. I rang at 8am and Curtis was at my house at 10am, he found the problem in less than 5 minutes. Curtis promptly fixed the leaking pipe upstairs under the floorboards. He was professional, polite and efficient, would definitely use this company again.
