Great staff, pricing, quality and availability! Been a customer for well over 3-4 years now. They have a good stock of well known brands and variety also. The staff are great: Friendly and knowledgable as well and going out their way to help you! I, personally, go there instead of delivery as I'm local to the area and order up before I go. Most times, everything is in stock and, if not, then they will strive to sort a replacement or work another part/fitting to suit. 5/5!!

Staff know what they're talking about, communication is good. Couldn't find a better price. Collection easy. The only thing I could complain about is my pvc pipe was scuffed up a bit and I'm going to use it exposed. Oh well a bit of sanding.

I needed to buy gold coloured basin tap spindles to replace my old ones. Unfortunately, there were no gold spindles in stock, and they were not expected till the end of 2026 - so I had to order the chrome ones instead.

Luckily Ben from Plumbingsales remembered my phone call asking for gold spindles and contacted me to say that an early supply of Easytap Gold spindles were unexpectedly coming in two weeks. Thanks to Ben's awareness I was able to cancel the chrome order and order the gold spindles that I originally wanted.
