While I received the product I ordered, it was several weeks before it actually shipped. Because it took so long to receive, I ended up getting the pump I needed at another company. I have been trying to speak to a representative and have left emails and tried calling the number listed, however it doesn’t actually let you leave a message or speak with anyone. I’ve only gotten the same recorded answering message telling you to select a number (1 for a rep, 2 for prospective buyers, and 3 for leaving a message), and no matter what number you dial, you end up back at the recorded message.

Great experience, everyone had a genuine spirit of helpfulness. Would definitely recommend. 👍

Quick delivery, product as described

Great prices and free delivery.
Product was as expected.
Only issue is that the box my delivery came in was very damaged and I was concerned that I had lost product through the breaks in the box. Did a count and all there. Suggest more robust packaging.
I will be buying more piping soon and will buy from you.

Our order was sent promptly. All items were correct and in good condition.

Never received a shipping confirmation of the order and some of the items were never shipped with a credit being issued for said items but no notification and explanation as to why, hey maybe items were not in stock....or maybe it was because they could not sell for the price that was listed. Order came promptly but this is a 1 and done for me, worst plumbing supply outlet on the net, steer clear!
