Not a good website

Not good product, it's made cheap and had a hole in the pants pocket, i ordered the matching set When it arrived i only received the pants, do not buy from these people they are scammer from china.

The experience was great stumbling…

The experience was great stumbling across this website so far , was in needing of clothes like these but ofc bigger sized . So I can't wait to get them . All I ask is keep updating the collection and bring more and more shirts and etc. probably a lover boy shirt , off white , vlone idk just keep it coming and make more please all types of colors and designs

Scam!!

Scam!!! Been over 30 days since I ordered and nothing. No updates, no way to contact customer service. Nothing!

RUN, dont walk away…TERRIBLE!!!!!

Clothes look NOTHING like what's pictured on the website. They say they offer 30 day returns, but make it TERRIBLY difficult to return items. I ordered 2 graphic tees, the writing was not legible and the material has a cheap plastic feel. I ordered a hoodie set and was sent the incorrect set and Wrong size. I immediately contacted them via email for a refund and even included pictures and all the offer are coupons! I dont want a coupon, i want a REFUND!! Do yourself a favor and order from Shein. They do honor their return policy if you are dissatisfied. This company and the clothing they provide is a joke! I hate the day I clicked on and ordered through their website. I am currently disputing the charges through my credit card company!!
