I loved the support from work coach. Because of my Autism, I liked the routine, being able to have same time appointments every week. I loved having help with my CV and being able to upload it onto different websites. I was grateful to have my work coach with me in attending interviews to help manage my anxiety and speak for me when needed.

Personally and professionally PLUSS has always given such a great service within Torbay. I once came through there service as a client and they supported me into a apprentice scheme which led me into a full time paid role. Since then I have worked closely with Michelle Barlow (incredible lady) and her team in the bay, they work incredibly hard and have always given so much more to the community. Thank you Michelle and the rest of the PLUSS TEAM IN Torquay.

I was given the option by my coach if I wanted to do wellbeing as my mental health does effect me. I chose to give it a try and see if it would help me. I got to chose a group session or one-to-one session. I chose one-to-one and I was given Zoisa. Zoisa was wonderful and great help, she provided me with so much information to help me manage my mental health and was just a pleasure to speak to. She made me feel so comfortable and understood.

The team at PLUSS are responsive and helpful. They see people quickly and work effectively and flexibly to help each person receive the tailored support they need, whether it is one-to-one coaching and mental health support, or advice about welfare benefits or employment legislation. They support people to ensure the reasonable adjustments they need are put in place at work, to enable them to regain their confidence and thrive at work. An excellent service that can work long-term and in the way that people need.

I've been through a challenging time at my workplace, and have a massive a mental health breakdown so my mental health nurse stepped in and contacted Opportunities as she understood that
at my workplace I've been targeted, been bullied,gaslighted also with lack of boundaries and clear instructions left me feeling insecure and unsure about right and wrong. Katherina from Pluss , who has been nothing short of a lifeline for me.
She helped me to understand my rights and reassured me that I did nothing wrong. She also encouraging me and guided me to reach out to higher management for the support I needed , without her help I would
keep everything quiet and just would left my job. Her assistance has been invaluable, and I wholeheartedly recommend her and Pluss for anyone going through similar struggles. They truly make a difference.

PLUSS is a really supportive and inclusive organisation which tailors their help to the individual. Since having difficulties later on in life which have been disabling both physically and mentally, PLUSS has worked with me to help me retain my job. I particularly want to mention my support worker Tania who has provided me with a non judgemental safe space to talk and be heard. She has helped me set goals and supported me with strategies to succeed in these goals. At times when my ability to function has been low, Tania has supported me by researching helpful information and signposting me to useful resources. I am truly grateful for the PLUSS organisation for doing what they do. THANK YOU.

Very kind and accepting, allows you to go at a pace that suits you. Has a lot of useful divisions that can help different areas of where you’re struggling

When I met Tania from Pluss I was struggling with my mental health. From the very first meeting Tania gave me hope and confidence. She took my CV and created a much better one showing my transferable skills. Tania even digitised a mind map that we worked on which helped me to see how much progress I've made. During one of our meetings Tania even helped me to get to grips with my laptop giving me the capacity to search for jobs online. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Tania, she is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional and I know 100% that she believes in me. The support I have received from Pluss has been invaluable

My wellbeing team is FANTASTIC. My guy J listens intently and gives me actual calls to action that improves my life in a positive way. I'm doing the hard work myself and my life has improved so much since starting my time with pluss.

Genuinely an amazing experience. A really useful service, and I'd recommend it heavily. You definitely get out what you put in, my coach was so friendly, funny yet professional.

My well being coach always made me feel at ease, and taught me ways to keep my anxiety under control. She helped build my self confidence, and showed me how to deal with stressful circumstances in the future. I really felt empowered and optimistic after each meeting.

John has been very supportive and is helping my find a job. He is easy to talk to and is looking at different options with me.

Plus’s is always very helpful to the users. Personally I was stuck with little to no transferable skills to be able to get the things I need to start my own business. Tim from plus’s really helped me with that and now I have 3 licences and possibly another one on the way.
