Probably ok if time is not important.
I could have walked to the nearest DIY emporium, carried the sheets home by hand and chewed them to size with my teeth in the 10 days it took to get two pieces of plywood delivered.

Placed an order on Monday of this week…
Placed an order on Monday of this week for over £1500 of ply sheeting to be cut. Website states two to three days delivery to my home. Still waiting for confirmation of delivery date. To date have been told awaiting to be cut to size. My own customer is giving me a hard time because I can't finish the job. I'll update at a later stage

Need patience when problem occurs
I ordered four sheets of 12mm decorative veneered plywood, cut to size. Everything went smoothly until I received two of them bent. I contacted the company, and they offered me either replacements or a partial refund. I chose the partial refund and decided to try straightening them myself, as I thought it would be the easier and quicker solution.
However, they didn’t confirm the refund amount right away and said they would get back to me. I’ve followed up twice but haven’t received any updates since — they’ve essentially ghosted me.
My project was delayed when the bent sheets arrived, and delayed even further while I waited for their response. Now I’m left with bent sheets that I paid full price for.

They eventually solved the problem.

I placed and paid for my order plus shipping 2 weeks ago for 5 small pieces of ply. I have sent 3 emails requesting an update on when I can expect delivery and not had a single response. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will receive my order soon
