I think we are supposed to be really nice and not speak honestly when we are left reviews, unfortunately for you, I’m a honest person.
I knew this review was coming as you was out for me from the get go! You got 5 items not 3, I know this because I only order the amount I need and no items were left, plus I double check all my sub boxes, it’s a reasonably new concept for me and so I don’t have loads of subscribers, so I’m very aware of each and every box.
Secondly, you are completely taking the ‘I’m having my tea’ out of context. You contacted me on a Sunday! Most businesses wouldn’t even reply, however I do. I then replied a little late to one of your messages because I was having my dinner (Sunday evening) and I apologised to you and told you this. Infact here’s the actual snippet - Hi Holly

Holly, I’m not a rude or unkind person, actually I know I’m a very kind, loving and compassionate person, but you was adamant you was going to be a not so nice person from the start. Leaving my small business a 1 star is a horrible thing to do, all I did wrong was send you a box you didn’t like, maybe I don’t get things right all the time, I apologised and said I will learn, I’m only human, but you was just spiteful and still left me this horrible review.
I hope you find more kindness in your heart, it’s nicer to be nice.
